we stayed in standard room. the room was not cool enough. the ac remote was broken. only got 2 towels for body. there was no face towel. lobby was hot too. the executive room was way better but there was no bath tub and the ac remote was broken too

« Nice hotel but not meet the requirement »

Lobby is huge and well maintain. Room temperature as not cool enough. Toilet not well clean and limited towel. Empty minibar but hotel require 500k deposit. Reception friendly

the trip was great but the menu that being served in the morning (breakfast) was not satisfied me enough. Also the back of the cupboard fall apart so i could see the bed from bathroom.

My husband sent an email to the hotel 1 week before our stay, requesting for the hotel to help decorate our room since its our wedding anniversary. Two days after staying there wasn't any decoration done. We talked to the front desk and was promised that they would check with their supervisor. On the 4th day, the day we checked out, there was still no reply at all. We asked the front desk again and was told that she has escalated the case to her supervisor but has yet to receive any reply from her supervisor. She talked to her supervisor but the supervisor seemed too busy and not bothered with this case. Waited for quite sometimes until the manager came to me (higher position than the supervisor). He promised to give me better services the next time I stay in their hotel ( I will not stay there anymore and who knows he would have resigned when I go back to the hotel, who will fulfill his promise then?) and waived the Rp50,000 of phone bill we used from our room. I feel that the service from a 5 star hotel could be better since we sent an email and even talked to the front desk about it, yet no reply nor apology at all even until we checked out. The front desk officer did not even mentioned about the case when we check out until I brought up the issue again. If I did not raise the issue again, I am sure they would have just ignored it forever. I know its just a small issue. If its just a normal 2 or 3 stars hotel, I would not make a fuss out it. The fact that I personally went to the front desk to request for the case to be handled and still got ignored by a 5 star hotel personnel that makes me unsatisfied.

We already book for same floor and connecting room from online booking about ten days before our arrival but the receptionist set the place to another guests which just arrived there and book in there the day we arrived. So no connecting room for us but it’s okay because we have a rooms but separated room and floor.

Overall it’s a good hotel, except for some personal views. Waiting time for check in at counter is a little too long. No one at the Priority Counter for Gold Member. No urgency towards waiting customers even though there is 2 counters available & 4 front destkstaff is at the counter. Wasn’t served welcome drinks while waiting until asked and still no respond and have to remind again. The front desk staff have to go to my room again to get my passport to be scanned again because it was not captured at the counter. During check out was pleasant and fast at the counter and still no one at the Priority Desk.

Good hotel, good food, good service, too noisy at the ballroom & lobby (because of the event). But when i create an event with Danone, i only want work with maggie (marketing) because the old one (other sales before) is unresponsiblle with my event and cant not be contact, not polite with klient, and many more.
