Was charged 230 even though when I had booked online it was 200 and showed this confirmation to reception. No robes provided in the room even though lower rate hotels provide this. Disappointing when you have a pool facilities and now can’t conveniently change in your room but rather have to now bring a sports bag with you to change. Messaged the WhatsApp number suggested on the TV regarding the robes and received no response the whole stay- remove this contact number if you don’t plan on replying. No slippers provided in the room along with basics provided by most hotels like toothbrush, hair comb, toothpaste etc. The No breakfast given to taken away as I requested to reception- I originally asked if I could remove breakfast as it was too late for me, the answer was no but they could give takeaway. This didn’t happen. When speaking with staff, some of the tone came across rude as if they have been forced to work at the hotel. Overall, unsatisfactory and stressful the experience. I don’t think it lives up to its 4 stars and on top of that cashless- I can only imagine how inconvenient for people travelling to London.

Stayed for 3 nights for a London mini break. Great location 10 minutes walk from Tube (Jubilee or Elizabeth Lines) Good room, clean and tidy with beds made up every day. Fantastic views from restaurant on 38th floor overlooking London.
