The location next to the Impact Centre is perfect - a short walk on the skywalk. I really liked the environmental and sustainability focus that the hotel has too - it shows. Pleasant staff, nice lobby and restaurant, very clean. Overall I would highly recommend the Ibis Bangkok Impact!

I went for a big cat show over the weekend of 22 to 25 Mar 2024. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Just one hiccup during my stay: they gave me a room that was already occupied! I checked in at 1:30 am and the room they assigned me to had people sleeping -- I was scared when a dark shadow got up from the bed as I entered. I couldn't imagine the horror those guests must've felt too when I came barging in the middle of the night! The kind staff took care of the situation straight away and checked me into another room. Hope they apologized to the guests that I've startled that night. Aside from that accident, everything went smoothly. Housekeeping is efficient in cleaning my room everyday. Front desk staff are accommodating and always willing to help. Great location for people who have shows / exhibits to attend to in Impact Arena.
