Another hotel to miss without regret

My second visit, location was average and walking distance to jonker street, around 15min walk. Amber and safe car park behind hotel. Check in was fast due i am only one on the Q. No smile from the hotel staff and i can see she having bad mood. Never get my welcome drink as an Accor Gold member and i believe she also never notice it. Room was ok and never encounter much issue in the room. On day 2 , woke up late and it was raining, decided to have lunch at the cafe, i was told chef not free, busy for dinner buffet and only burger or sandwich for lunch. I look at my watch and time is around 215pm. i double confirm with her and she confirm without even go to the kitchen to verify. i feel not welcome in the hotel and this will be my last visit. Beside Accor member, i don see any incentive to be a guest here. There are better hotel nearby and let them serve those tour group. i deserve better.

Great holidays. Good hospitality from the team. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurant dining experience is satisfactory with fine service. Great breakfast buffet with fair price. The hotel maintenance and cleanliness are good. Public areas cleanliness is well taken care of.

The hotel is new and trendy. Great hospitality during our arrival. The staff greeted us and very efficiency in checking in. Comfortable & clean rooms with good views. Love the restaurant service from the restaurant staff. Good breakfast selections. Breakfast buffet is decent with fresh ingredients. Cheerful chef at the egg station! Great air conditioning especially during sunny days! The hotel is clean and organized. Spacious parking and well located in the city.

Pleasant stay. Great hotel with modern vibes. Clean and cozy. Fast check in and out with friendly staff at counter. Comfortable rooms with great WIFI. Good food good taste and prices are wallet friendly. Great hospitality from the restaurant and bar team. Wellness and leisure are both great in maintenance especially the gym & pool. Very clean hotel especially at the public areas!

Wonderful experience. The building is well maintained especially on the rooms and facilities like gym & swimming pool. Smooth check in with helpful counter staff & security. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good eco friendly amenities and WIIFI. Breakfast buffet is decent with varieties, taste good and fair in pricing. Love the burgers! Friendly restaurant staff. The bar is kinda cozy with live sports channel. Great place to stay.
