Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and the spaces kept spotlessly clean. However, the breakfast could be better. The fresh coffee and hot milk are left to go cold as is the scrambled egg. Everything else is OK.

The room was quite comfortable and very clean. Room cleaning and reset up every day was done Ok. Quality of bed quite good. Metal drum as a night table is original ... but we play music everytime we want to pick up our watch or telephone . Maybe some sort of a cloth to soften the shocks could be helpful. Difficult and even impossible for one of them to lock the sliding windows. Quite noisy at night. Double screen windows would improve a lot. The bathroom tap was coming very lose. Some difficulty to get hot water in the morning on the bathroom sink. Quite surprising that despite booking at the same time from our local company, my fare was 200 R$ higher per night than the one for my colleague !!

No glasses and no kitchen towel in the kitchenette. During my stay, the bathroom sink was not cleaned every day. Breakfast is awesome. However, dirty tables should be cleaned faster during rush hours, so as to avoid any delay for the upcoming guests.

Service at reception was very friendly and competent. It was my second stay and next time I'll come again. The location close to the mall is excellent. Only parking or too many Taxis in the morning can be a little bit better organized - there is enough place in front of the Hotel.

« Fine, but with one major problem »

We returned to our room one night and both of our keys wouldn't open the door. I had to go downstairs to reception 3 times before the issue was finally resolved. Maintenance had to come twice: the first time, he did something with the computer and then showed me how the key was working. After he left, I realized that now the door didn't lock at all, so he had to be called up again. This time he replaced something in the box. We were not able to use our room for 45 minutes that night. It was not a pleasant experience since we had left the hotel at 5 am and were now ready to sleep.

« A great friendly place to stay in São Bernardo but the breakfast and gym just need a little attention. »

Generally a very good place to stay in São Bernardo. The friendly staff were attentive and made my stay there a comfortable one. I valued the effort of the support staff who kept the rooms and public spaces exceptionally clean and tidy. However, in the case of the breakfast, although the basic food ingredients are good they sometimes the hot food is allowed to go cold in the serving dishes. In the case of the gym area, the power supply plug to one of the tread mills is in a dangerous unsafe condition causing arcing and occasional loss of power to the mill. Resolving all these problems would certainly improve the experience of staying in the Adagio São Bernardo.

I stayed here for 4 weeks. The room was very nice. It was spacious, and I really liked the kitchenette and balcony. Internet connection was very good. The only thing that I think needed work was the breakfast experience. On busy days, the tables were not cleared and re-set in a timely manner, so I often found myself looking for clean plates, glasses, and utensils, or taking them from other tables. The attendants in the breakfast area were struggling to keep up with putting new place settings on the tables. In other hotels with breakfast buffets (including other Accor hotels I've stayed at), the plates, utensils, cups, and glasses are typically kept in stacks by the food and drinks, so the guests can take what they need when they get their food and drinks. It is much more convenient. In addition, the eggs were cold almost every morning during my first week there, so I just gave up on them afterward and stuck to fruit instead. It seemed that induction cooktops under the food were never turned on. Also, the coffee machine was frequently out of hot milk. Other than this, my stay was enjoyable, and the people working at the hotel were all wonderful.

« Great friendly place to base yourself in São Bernardo but the breakfast and gym facilities need some attention »

Generally a very good place to stay in São Bernardo. The friendly staff were attentive and made my stay there a comfortable one. I valued the effort of the support staff who kept the rooms and public spaces exceptionally clean and tidy. However, three aspects spoiled my stay: the poor quality of the breakfast, bad condition of the gym and poor maintenance of the guest elevator. All of these really need some serious improvement. In the case of the breakfast, although the basic food ingredients are good they are spoiled by not keeping them well. For example, the scrambled egg, porridge, sausage, etc. are placed in open hot server dishes directly under a cold air-conditioning system which blows cold air directly onto the food. The result is a disgusting mess of congealed semi warm food that is inedible. The staff don't seem to notice this problem and the food is left to fester like this for most of the morning. The solution would be to use covered hot servers which would help protect the food and keep it in an edible condition for longer. This would also help the environment by not wasting energy trying to keep food hot in open servers being cooled by the breeze from the air conditioning unit. In the case of the gym area, dirty towels are left to pile up for days before being removed and fresh ones supplied. The water cooler is often left empty and there are hardly ever any plastic cups in the dispenser. The power supply plug to one of the tread mills is in a dangerous unsafe condition causing arcing and occasional loss of power to the mill. All this can be resolved simply by carrying out a daily inspection and maintenance of the gym area. Finally, the one of the main guest elevators in the building has been out of action since the beginning of the year. This means that there is often a lengthy wait time for the remaining operational elevator to arrive. Why is it taking so long to resolve this problem? Resolving all this problems would certainly improve the experience of staying in the Adagio São Bernardo.

The hotel is pretty new and the hotel rooms are nice, spacious and modern. Only the breakfast was not so good. Many items were empty and not directly refilled like scrabbled eggs, orange juice etc.. Also the service was too slow. Sometimes all tables were still full with used cutlery and one had to select the clean items to start your own breakfast.

Elevator was in maintenance for a full week. I suspect it has been that way for longer than that Fitness center thread mills need maintenance. Strange noises, sometimes get disconnected. there are no towels There were no glasses in the room . Requested by phone, never delivered. Tried to talk to the manager, who was not there. Related problem to the reception who didn’t bother to even ask my room number and had no reaction when I said that I would buy the glasses myself, which I had to do

Friendly atmosphere and the staff are very helpful. But a few problems spoil the experience: one lift has been out of commission for two months (it was working for a few days but quickly broke down again), TV channels not working properly.
