I like the room is bright enough as compared with other hotels. However, the shower head in my bed room is not in good conditions. The water leaked from the handle.

I stayed room 1410. I think it's generally good, but something is bad. First, smell is bad. I think it's from washstand. Second, Wi-Fi is so slow and frequently disconnected.

As expected need to follow up on razors, bathrobes. Took twice follow up to get it done on razor. Bathrobe really not part of amenities. No discounts and upgrades.

From check in to check out simply great. Late arrival for check in and as a welcome I get my favourite drink. That alone is worth a stay. Rooms, facilities , breakfast , service just as you would expect from an Accor Hotel.

The reception staff were wonderfully helpful and accommodating. The three ladies were professional and understanding. Your cleaning staff and front desk staff were exceptional. The club staff was also superb. Please keep up the great work and let your staff know that their work is appreciated and does not go unnoticed. They have a hard job dealing with difficult customers at times, but they are always professional and accommodating.

Room is cozy and clean. Bath room is also clean. Room is a big one but no problem for one person. Breakfast is good. Only one bad experience is laundry. All buttons of my shirt were back broken after laundry. I have no idea what they did on my shirt but it was too sad to see all broken buttons of my lovely shirt. My presumption is machine ironing.

Pros: Friendly staff, convenient location Cons: Not many green area (tree,grass,flower...) in the hotel, heard fire alarm many times during first stay in Feb 2019.
