Even though I had membership of Mercure, Reception enrolled new membership for me. I had to talk to them twice to fix the problem. When I talk first time, receptionist said yes but not fixed. Second time, fixed.

Two week business trip. My stay was very comfortable. All employees were very friendly. The food and service was great. I would only ask to make currency exchange available at the hotel and to maybe add more water bottles or larger water bottles to the rooms. At least in the summer.

Probably best hotel in central Haiphong. Had an opportunity to utilise the swimming pool too. Food service order from the swimming pool took a very long time to be received. Breakfast buffet was nice; would have liked to have had more local Vietnamese offerings.

I like to stay in Mercure HP every my business trip. Because they satisfy me with good dishes, reward syetem and room condition. But in last my business trip, the dehumidification of aircondition in my room (9 floor) did not operate properly. Actually, they tried to dehumidify my room with another machine several times but it did not work. The room was filled with unpleasant humidity and smell. When I come back to Korea, I have been suffered with respiratory system in body. The doctor said to me it's occured because of damp air. So, I hope the problem will be fixed soon. Because I go to HP in Vietnam quite times and I usually choose Mercure. Thanks.
