Staff was very friendly. House cleaning can be approved, especially under the beds and on balcony. Breakfast was okay but would be nice if there were more non-asian options then just only roasted bread.

The hotel was quite, clean, and comfort. Best budget in central Cikarang. Near to every industrial area and food court or cafe. Food also have many variant. I’m glad to stay there! Thankyou.

The location of this hotel is near Hollywood Junction and Giant Supermarket so you don't have to worry if you want to eat or shopping. If you traveling from Soetta Airport by Damri, they will stop at Hollywood Junction. The food is sometimes a little bit salty and not much variation. The room is nice, but you must pay attention to the cleanliness of the room and especially the towel

When I checked in, 1 cup has coffee stain in it. Bed linen and pillow have yellow spots. Toilet seats have yellow spots. Foods are salty.

Simple hotel but clean. Friendly staffs. Breakfast is NOT good. And staff handling the egg station should understand very well a few 'standard' fried egg, understand a lot of NEW staffs that need some training. The food menu should have more selection

1. When I checked in, hotel reception told me it was too early. I reminded her that I am entitled to early check in as a gold member and I have informed the time when I check in online. 2. The amenities I requested for were all fulfilled when I enter the room. I took the best room in the hotel and it was pretty comfortable for a 3 star hotel. But the shower lacks a soap rack. One should not assume that customers want to use the gel from the dispenser. Please install. 3. Food selection was pretty large but much of the food was cold on the 2 days I was there. The staff are in general helpful but they are quite inexperienced and doesn't have a good command of English. 4. The location wasn't the best. I would have started at other hotels if it wasn't for my accor membership.

I work in the area and regularly stay for 3-4 days in a month. I checked in several hotel of similar price tag and Ibis Style offers the best value for money. The room is quite large, complete amenities, there is a big grocery store next door and food centre within walking distance. The location is on the primary road but not busy, minimum noise from the road. The breakfast is good, the staffs are friendly. The only critic is limited space for parking although it is still quite manageable.
