« Two Thumbs Up For Cafe Staffs n 1For Front Desk »

So impressed with the big improvements of the restaurant/ cafe setup, looks cozy, bright n clean. Went down to have our buffet breakfast, shocked to see de huge changes for FIT Corner where we found all staffs with their sweet smiling faces n warmth greeting to all guests, that really made us feel VVIP to them, especially de tall staff name Femi who treated us very well n kind. What a WOW !! when we found de special coffee maker where we could make our coffee n tea at de other corner!! An additional few items such as pastries, cupcakes, cute porch eggs, and its very yummy !! Like de way they displayed de foods especially Nasi lemak corner, neat n presentable ! Staffs are really friendly ! We are so touched when staff Femi brought over 2 freshly brewed coffee to our table. We supposed to rate our 12-nite stay for 9/10 but due to de very arrogant n snobby HouseKeeping Manager (didn’t talk nor greeted us after we made a complaint during our last month visit) therefore we rate for 5/10. De hse keeping staffs Ali n Delwa are more friendly n professional than de Manager I would say.

Check in was ok though late due to some tour group at the lobby and Restaurant Setup looks nice Breakfast buffet looks good and Cafe Staff are very friendly with a good morning smile make we feel welcome to the restaurant coffee & tea selection is the best. nasi lemak area looks presentable.

Front office staff was helpful during my check in but the rate was very expensive for a 3 star hotel,nevertheless i am okay bacause i was impressed with the kind of service given during my stay.The hotel is very neat and clean.Breakfast buffet was great and cafe Staff are polite and friendly because i was given an exceptional service with a warm smile during my breakfast that make me feel welcome home away from home. coffee & tea selection was just good with alot of option.great hotel and great people

The location was difficult to find maybe due to the construction near by.my check in was fast and quick and f.o staff were really helpful. Restaurant Setup looks nice and F n B Staff are professional,polite and very friendly with a good service. buffet breakfast special corner make we are welcome to the restaurant and food selection good and coffee & tea selection is the best and nasi lemak area looks presentable.my experience at the cafe was excellent and outstanding.the gim was nice but no cup to drink water after my workout and the car park is too small but my overall experience great

I been a regular at this ibis hotel. Positives Friendly helpful staff Great bed and pillows, even have small bolsters, Luxurious array of towels -( most other 3 star hotel supply one thin towel ) Cold quiet air conditioning Solid soundproof windows and doors ( tour groups can be very noisy and over excited ) Best chicken curry and Nadi lemak for breakfast Noticed improvement in breakfast selection last week Free parking

We had a 3 days stay in Ibis Damansara. The room cleanliness, comfort and basic facilities were more than adequate and the staffs were facilitating. The construction nearby does lessen the whole experience though.

Consider average for this stay as floor mat are not available till we requested. In addition, I can't get through either of the reception or housekeeping for the request. I have to go down to the lobby instead. The breakfast are running low at 9 plus am by the time we went down. Otherwise still acceptable for the rooms.

1st time asked for iron board n iron from hse keeping n it turned out to be an old fool !! Due to didn’t return de iron board de same nite ( it’s about midnight when it delivered to our room), hse keeping dept called directly to my personal cell phone in de early mornin’ >< 8am to ask to return Their Ironboard n even wanted to enter our room to collect it back at once. Staff felt very sorry n apologize to us as it was de Manager’s INSTRUCTION n he can’t say No to his Superior. How much de iron board cost ? We yet to finish up our ironing of 3 shirts... Ibis Style SD has only 2 iron boards ? Why chasing after de iron board in de early mornin’ where my wife is still asleep ? This also our 1st time encountered where de Manager Instructed his/her staff to call guest’s personal phone no. directly n insisted to get back de “spoilt n unstable “ iron board early mornin’ without considering guest’s sleeping time ! The most disappointed is de guest’s personal contact number being simply released without my consent n in which it ought to be kept as confidential !! FYI ( hse keeping dept), only ONE unit of iron board we received but Not TWO as u claimed !! This kinda etiquette rules, de most basic manners that we think The Manager Shouldn’t Break Totally

Has been staying for quite numerous times. Got upgraded most of the time. Love the space for the upgraded room and the late check out as usually I only check in close to midnight and have the following busy with work. Therefore good to have late check out to freshen up myself before heading back. The recent changed of the linen actually not so comfortable... I understand that this linen will dry up faster then others but it's just not comfortable, especially the pillow case linen.
