First time staying here, nice decoration and concept, friendly staffs especially the front counter mr faris, clean and comfort room but there is a water leaking from the ceiling that spoil my trip, nothing much you can do during night here as the shop far away, the car park seems to be scary during night and i dont see any security guard at that area, so anyone can simply access to basement and no safety guarantee for your vehicle or even when you walk to a lift

On the third day of my stay I purposely gave a try to your staff to make a room service which I purposely left a $50 Singapore dollar in my purse , but it ended up lost right after when I m back in to the room in the evening ,I don’ mind losing this $50 dollars but ithink this shall be the last visits to your hotel. Booked the family suite, it was spacious & extremely clean! Being a 3 star hotel, I was expecting some shortfalls in standards & wasn't expecting much. However our stay was above expectations. Staffs were friendly, special mention of Mr Femi from restaurant at level 2. He was attentive to our breakfast preference! And even though there was miscommunication regarding breakfast (incl in our reservation), it was quickly rectified.

Felt welcome when i checked in. Left a bottle of cologne at my last stay & it was kept before being returned to me. Breakfast spread was adequate. Room service up to expectations. If there was a small grouse it would be with the parking at the lobby. Quite surprised to see it constantly "reserved". Aside from that minor issue, the stay was very good.

this is my 1st stay with accor brand hotel. but unfortunately i can't get satisfaction on my 1st stay. my room's aircond was very very slow to cold.. i get into room almost 1hr yet still not cold. too bad i need to call maintainance staff to fix it. luckily i feel colder after 2-3hr. open bathroom concept maybe a bit weird for friend & family. tv channel selection only a few. some how free parking and fast check in will be the advantage for this hotel. lastly, i still will choose accor as my 1st choice hotel .
