Ambiance is good; But off late bookings are not being made available even with tie up Clients. Bar closes by 11 pm, but they can be polite to the guests and may suggest a room service if possible.

My past experiences stayed for 2 months was a good memories, until the nightmare come when my checkout time. During the stay, its nothing to complaint about the staff or accomodation until the day when i want to checkout they print a nonsense charges from minibar, room services until hotel transports. At first they simply charged you using the minibar even you not take anything from there. They will try to charge you if you not carefully check your bill. Then if you called for room service, when they mistakenly sent your order and coming for second time they will charged you both. Like myself ordered a dish comewith tomato ketchup but they forgot to bring the ketchup, when they come to send the ketchup suddenly it appears the ketchup was extra charged like it was a second dish. For the hotel transports when if you try to detour from the exact destination you supposed to be, they will charge you not an extra mileage but as if you take another cab. Meaning like if from hotel you supposed to go to point A but you detour to point B before going to point A, they will charged you using 1 cab to point A and charge using another cab to point B. Here is when i said it was nonsense charges. When tried to talk to the Manager on duty (it was at night i checkout, talked to him thru telephone only) he said he cannot help and ask me to pay without even understand what was going on. I lost my respect to that so called Manager. It takes more than an hour to finally checkout from the hotel. It was a lovely experiences at first but suddenly become nightmare during the checkout time. I need an explaination from that Manager. From my experience even the staff was good, I won't becoming to that hotel anymore. It was a bad service during the checkout time, unfortunately. Thanks. Regards, Unsatisfied customer.

Goods: Room clean and neat so is common areas. Check in and out and car arrangement very good. Breakfast good. Needs Improvement: Towels are BAD, old, dirty and discoloured and smelly too. Food quality average. for dinner refilling not done properly.

Everything is taken care by the hotel: Pick-up from the airport, transport to factory in the morning, pick-up at the factory in the evening and transport form factory to airport at the end of my stay. And every transport was perfect on time. Thanks for making my life easier. Breakfast and dinner buffet with different dishes every day. Wifi ensures good connection in the room.

Decent hotel in Oragadam. Rooms seems to be small compared to other Mercure Hotels. This hotel though clean, is of IBIS standard and not Mercure. The AC in the room was horrible., temperature never went below 26 despite setting temp @ 22. Overall ok for a night
