« Great stay at Novotel Xi'an SCPG »

Well decorated hotel, good location with shopping centre just next to the hotel, only 1 check-in staff receiving the guests at night time, but he handles very well and accommodating. Restaurant staffs are very kindly welcome and accommodating us even we patronize the restaurant near closing hours. The rooms are very nice and cleaned, well maintained by the housemaid daily.

Every staff in the hotel is quite nice: from the moment I checked-in until I checked-out. In particular, I would like to say thank you to Master Chef Ge (葛行政主廚) who had been so kind to me every time I went to the restaurant. When I went to say goodbye last day, the restaurant manager even prepared some simple snacks for my travel back home. The service from the gentleman in the 26th floor lounge was also very impressive. The hotel location of course is perfect and the room is very clean and quite. I definitely will stay at the Novotel when I go to Xian next time.

Location was nice. Check-in was easy even though i was a bit disappointed of not being able to apply my asia miles member to the hotel booking. Hotel staff was friendly even though quite a few times misunderstood what i meant. Day 2 of my stay i got back to hotel but my room was not done yet, and it took me many times to ask reception to explained what happened. Until i said "my room was not cleaned yet, what happened?" The day after, i came back and saw a flashing light on the phone telling me there is a message. I picked up the phone and press the message button. Right after, i was connected to a person and i asked him "i got a message in my phone, may i know what/who sent me the message?" the guy asked me wait in my room. 5 minutes after my room was knocked by the hotel staff who came together with a handyman bringing a ladder. Seriously this is strange. So yeah.. It was weird and a bit annoying experience if i may say. I can also hear the tv from the other room every night.

Very well maintained property, quality what should be in all accorhotels still possible to find in China, not in Europe. Staff not very good in English and problem solving oriented, but if they have managers like Leo they can work well. Minor remarks for the not offering upgrade and welcome gift as well as short list of welcome drinks.

We have enjoyed the stay at the Xi'An Novotel. the room was spacious, clean and well facilitated. it is only a few minutes walk away from a metro station, next to a shopping mall with great access to restaurants and shops. Hotel staff have been efficient and helpful. Will stay there again.

I'm glad I stayed at this hotel for first trip to Xi'An. Well located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the metro. Staff have been helpful although not all are proficient in English (may affect overseas tourists). Spacious room, supply with complementary water for guests every day, fridge and comprehensive room facilities. Hotel has a gym, bar and restaurants. Overall I feel it has been a pleasant stay and met my expectations for 4* hotel, representing good value.

We stayed at Novotel Xian for the first to celebrate our anniversary. Check-in was very smooth. We were greeted by the management of the hotel. The suite upgraded us complimentary was so lovely. The surprise anniversary décor and amenities offered was wonderful. We had a great breakfast at the restaurant on 7/F. The variety of food was numerous. The lounge was cozy and nice. Checkout was swiftly and smooth too. We had a great stay at the hotel.

Rooms are all good. Good maintenance. The food available is mostly Chinese, As I am an Indian I could not able to find appropriate food except shredded egg, fruits and milk. We are expecting at least one Indian dish in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall satisfied.
