I was a little doubtful about staying at Ibis Styles but was very pleasantly surprised. Clean, comfy and quiet. BUT for a recently renovated room, the bathroom was already showing signs of wear and tear. Pub next door - bit rough but good food.

Noisy aircon and the bathrooms need updating. Breakfast was average- some items were cold( scrambled eggs)- no OJ. Not worth the cost of $20. Overall the service was very good. Would stay again in the near future.

I am a Platinium ACCOR Member. I didn't get a room upgrade, and the room was several minutes walk from resturant. I had to pick up my evening meal as no room service. Room bathroom hot water tap "squealed" and shower head needed cleaning as sprayed water onto floor.

Our stay was good, and the location fantastic. I believe the rooms and facility are in the process of renovation and upgrade which are needed. We were a little disappointed with the catering for dinner as the wine list was out of some stock and garlic bread was not available both nights we ate at the restaurant. Restocking leaves a little to be desired. The staff we very good, efficient and friendly.

Only stayed overnight. The overall "room" experience had the feeling of an upmarket campsite or a rundown caravan park/motel. At least in the latter, some Foxtel channels would be available in the rooms. The bedding was clean and comfortable (that was all that mattered to me on a single night stay). The bathroom was rundown and the paint peeling on the walls. The shower "struggled" and the hairdryer was disgustingly discoloured. The breakfast experience had a very boarding school atmosphere . The meal itself however, though lacking variety, was in my opinion, marginal value for money (In other words, for the price, one couldn't expect much more). Arriving at approximately 2200 and to be told that there was no food service (at all), in the "hotel", lent credence to the campsite/boarding school experience. All services "died" at 2100hrs!!! On another note, there is insufficient parking space and guests park across the lines in most car parks, making it very inconvenient. I wasn't expecting the "Ritz" and so I was not too disappointed. Would I pay to stay there? Some would - I wouldn't.
