In spite of booking a room well in advance no room was reserved. I was given a room and asked to adjust and the same will be changed next day. There after since our company representative who handles the account asked to reduce the charge because of the mistake they made, they gave me a lower level room claiming it to be higher level room.

So far so good - Room very nice, large and clean. Washroom very clean and also good. AC hard to control, either too cold or too warm Breakfast after 2-3 days boring Lunch and DInner ok Prices are acceptable

my stay was very good and comfortable. but ordered Chicken Biriyani for dinner. I was hungry at that movement so, i ate that and got to sleep. but the over the biriyani was not that good as expected. the chicken are not at all juicy and was very dry. also the rice was not good.

Room was OK. Wifi seemed good. However, I ordered the Caesar Salad and it was far from authentic. The lettuce was limp and not fresh and crisp at all. Also the preparation of the dish was not even close to how it should be done. It seems ingredients are not suitable and the chef lacked training on how this dish should be prepared.
