« Need to pay deposit although room already paid. »

I experienced this before with another hotel located at Putrajaya when I explained to them that it was my company who pay for my accommodation but the front office insisted me to pay for deposit. I have no choice and i have to bear for the deposit fee.

Hotel is new and looks clean on the hardware . However housekeeping is disappointing. First night, my family booked 8 rooms. My room's study table was full of ants, kept coming up from somewhere. Took a close look, they're everywhere on the carpet and even on the bed. Therefore we requested to change room. Some rooms has no tooth brush etc. Second night, three rooms were booked. we brought down all our belongings to the lobby, only to see the concierge passed us a trolley and put our stuffs on it, but he disappeared after that. We then had to take down everything from the trolley again and carried them by ourselves into our rooms. My room, one of the hangers in the wardrobe already dropped on the floor when we checked in, no laundry bag, no sleepers., no tooth brush. Obviously the cleaner didn't check the wardrobe at all. Toilet bowl had left over toilet papers in it and the toilet bowl itself was brownish. Hairs were found everywhere in the toilet and on the basin. Water marks with dirt at the entrance floor. Another room, floor was dusty and hairy. Told the front desk about all these, but it seemed like they're just a small matter to the them. Also room 801 ceiling had loud water flushing noise continuously throughout the whole stay. Was awaken few times in the midnight and was frightened by a loud noise that hit the ceiling in the dawn

Reception and lobby was immaculate. Room standard suite 203 was good size with sofa. Toilet was as expected. Our aircon was not working properly and took too long to cool the room. When informed reception after an hour, the maintenance staff presented himself after an hour and merely said- call me if room is not cool enough in an hour. Which was already bedtime for us. Had to wake up early morning hours to change the temp setting. Mattress was too soft. All in all, clean and safe but not a comfortable stay. Also the hotel restaurant at level 1 took almost an hour to serve our orders.

The hotel was nice but your housekeeper should not allowed to disturb guest before guest check out. They knock my door and i dont answer but they open the door straightly, at that time guest still yet check out. Please change your sop to clean the room after guest check out!!!!!!!!

Stay was great but not with the experience at the restaurant. Sour face will greet you, no smile from the restaurant manager even not looking at yourface when confirming the room no at breakfast time. Good was good but yogurt is not serve.

The hotel stay exceeded my expextations. However, checking in pretty slow as I assume that the hotel does not get a lot of walk-in guest using the government rate for the stay. I was made to wait for around 10 minutes while the front desk verified my government ID.
