One of the booked rooms were upgraded and i want to extend my thanks. Reception and room service staffs were excellent like the last time. However, the restaurant staff(s) of the ground floor were rude in their behavior. Will have to think if we will dine there next time. Thanks!

The Stay was pleasant and good. But had some issues with during the stay like..1.there was no shaving kit given and had reminded the room service twice still it was not provided. 2.The shower in the bath room is a little abnormal . 3.Also bathrobe also was not provided. 4. The price of the lunch or dinner buffet is on the higher side.

Being a south Indian, primarily my preference for breakfast will be south India food. Which is Idly, Vada, and Dosa. Ate Idly, vada and dosa all there day. I felt I am eating these North India. Definitely need major improvement on these, considering that's the key food items in the south India.

Before booking I told them very clearly that I am coming with my parents who are 8 years above when I went there did the payment block two rooms and they showed me my room's it was really horrible experience for me how can you expect that all aged people to climb the bed up and down all the time the beds were really at a very high and you can't expect elderly people to climb all the time and come down all the time from the bed the rooms were really very small and congested the rooms they had allotted us were quite far from the lift so parents had to travel all the time looking into all these issues we decided to cancel the booking five minutes back the money that I paid I requested them to cancel my booking and they refused when I insisted and requested them they got ready to pay 50% of the amount which I found it very difficult to digest. When I have not taken any of their services why I need to bear 5500 from my pocket. Why you doing a booking they should have understood that elderly people can't climb the bed they should not have taken the booking only should I mention that their Hotel is not for the elderly people

I understand your primary concern was with the height of the bed and the size of the room. Kindly note that all the beds in our guest rooms have the same standard height. Also as you had booked for 2 deluxe rooms, the same category was allotted. Post your feedback, we had also offered a complimentary upgrade for one of the rooms to a Junior Suite with Sofa and given interconnecting rooms. With your concern pertaining to being charged; cancelling the same post check in without any charges was not feasible. As a gesture, 50% of your charges was waived off based on your feedback despite the cancellation request post check in. I hope the above addresses any grievances that you may have had and also sincerely hope that you give us another opportunity to serve you in the future.
