My staying in this hotel was extremely satisfying. Of course in every hotel you have suggestions to make things better or you can find little things, but most of this this is are personal matters and do not have to do nothing with the overall general management of a good hotel. The restaurants in the hotel are all good, beside the fact that probably my favourite one was the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor, good kitchen and good service and high level food experience The staff from the bell boy to the GM, Esther, Vera King Olivia etc the waiter's well all of them really made me feel at home and they have been at my full disposition for all my requests. I would like to thank you from the deep of my heart and hope the ones who got the moon cakes will remember me as well as a great guest. It is a nice and quiet hotel probably because the hotel is newly opened.The room is stylish and well equipped. Yoga mat in the room is a superb idea as people value exercise more nowadays. Also, I particularly like the pool and gym which are neat and tidy.

the experience of this stay was surprised to me. As this hotel is very close to the industrial zone, many guests are for business trip. I didn't expect the service for le Club member. However, I'm wrong. The service of this hotel is outstanding. starting from check-in, I felt that this hotel staff is trained very well. The front desk team is very professional and efficient. Manager Esther is kind. Olivia is very warm and helpful. She was patient to take care of my baby as she was too active and out of control. The room is also very amazing. My daughter loved this child room very much. Besides, the restaurant is also high class. We had the dinner and lunch in the stack restaurant. The food is very delicious and the quality of the stack is very good. the only need improving should be the breakfast. There were not too much choices of the breakfast, and also didn't offer fresh juice.

« The hotel is excellence as its name »

The hotel design is excellent, usual the basic room is normal, but when we arrived the room both of my friend and me said WOW amazing.The hotel is brand new one but the indoor odour is not bad. I had another two stay in this hotel after the frist one, the service are continuous improving. I feel more comfortable and feel like I just back to home. I will recommended this hotel if you want to take a rest from busy City Shanghai.酒店比较有设计感,就连基础房型我和朋友进去都能发出WOW的惊呼,原以为新开的酒店气味和甲醛会比较大,但是对于我本人的感官来说是没有问题的。在第一次入住后我又去了两次,每次去都有惊喜,酒店的服务更加细致和贴心,并且在不断改善。每次入住都让我体验到如回家般的感觉。
