- Location of the hotel is very good as it is very close to midi station. However you will need to commute to the Brussels central for site seeing. - Room is of good size and bathroom is also of good size.

we choose the hotel as we usually stay in Accor Hotels as we never get let down, as member its easy to book online and the service never lets you down. We chose the hotel as it is opposite the Brussels Midi where we caught the Eurostar to London.as a train enthusiast I couldn't have got a better room looking over the station from our veranda. The room was clean with a bath / shower, room service was very good. we ordered a pizza which arrived within 10 minutes.

The hotel is conveniently located a couple of minutes outside the international train station. The bedrooms and the bathrooms are large, comfortable and clean. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast range was adequate.

The location was perfect for us since we arrived by train from Paris and had a very short visit in Brussels. Upon arrival in the morning, we completed our paperwork, stored our luggage and went off to sightsee. The staff was friendly and helpful giving us advice on how to get the train, and point out areas worth visiting on limited time frame. It was a good experience for us especially being the first stop in town. We had a family room, which was clean with adequate layout and space for the four of us. This was our second time staing at a Novotel hotel and really liked the property.

Everything was fantastic apart from the electricity shutting off when the lights in the room were turned off. This meant that devices we were relying on for transport the next day were unable to charge properly. I've not experienced this issue in any other hotel I've stayed in.

Well run, well appointed rooms, helpful caring staff. A quiet safe hotel although right by Midi station. Room and all public areas very clean and tidy; breakfast arrangements and choice of food excellent.

I love the location of the hotel, very convenience. As for the hotel, not all the staffs were friendly. I'm a IHG member and my room should be ready when I'm arrive. I wasn't able to check in with my room until after 4:30pm due to the room is not ready. This is a bad service.

The Novotel is an oasis in a lower standard, rundown, part of Brussels. Having said that, we didn't feel unsafe in the area and it is a few minutes walk from the train station and only a leisurely 15 minutes walk to the old town. Food/drinks are much cheaper in this part of Brussels when compared to the tourist centre and we ate twice at a café/restaurant with excellent food just a few doors from the hotel. Our room in the Novotel was clean and comfortable and, I presume because of the area, was good value compared with other options in Brussels. If I return to Brussels I would stay here again.

I am a big fan of the Novotel brand, but this hotel definitely doesn't keep up with the quality of other hotels of the chain. The bathroom was dirty, the furniture worn, the rooms not very well equipped. The one upuside of the hotel was the staff which was really nice and helpful.

« A pleasant stopover. »

We spent one night here in transit to another destination in Belgium. On arrival, Regina was very helpful and deserves a special mention. We were grateful to be able to check in early however we still wanted to explore Brussels for the day and she provided some great advice for what to see and how to get around the city. A few hiccups in the hotel room were not being able to turn off the lights without also turning off the power, which made it hard to charge devices overnight! The sofabed was uncomfortable for our teens to share. Breakfast was also a bit hit and miss, with a great selection of pastries and cold offerings but no refill on the hot buffet in the whole 30min we spent there, not a single hotel employee in sight! Overall we were still happy with our stay, the hotel has a great location and the rooms are very quiet.

Good location, literally a 2 min walk from the station, nice comfortable bed and the air conditioning given how hot it was was a godsend. Breakfast was served from a good time, and the ability to have sausage bacon and egg was much appreciated
