Your hotel is exceptionally clean. I even saw the downstairs toilets being cleaned with a toothbrush and was impressed. All staff were helpful, professional and courteous. The ony odd incident was with the housekeeper. My towels and washcloths were hung up after the first night, not on the floor, and did not need to be taken. When I arrived later that same day, there were no towels or washcloths after the 1st day in my room. I notified the front desk and was advised there were none at the momemnt to give me and I suggested they need to find my replacment since I did not have them on the floor. It was resolved to my satisfaction within 10-15 minutes, but I still find it strange that the items were removed as well as the key card I had put near the wall and had to have it recoded because it was taken by housekeeping on the same day.

Enjoyed the hotel very much. Love the facilities (love that small gym that is set up extremely well making it look big and comfortable - it is so nice to work out in first thing in the morning). Staff are extremely attentive and pleasant. Good food.

Our room was clean and airy. You guys really pay attention to details and small things that other hotels might overlook (eg: modern tv with easy access to hdmi and usb sockets, both normal and decaf instant coffee were available, etc..). The breakfast was very nice, however my girlfriend would love to have some gluten-free bread (there were only muesli and muffins).

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us. Close to cafes and a grocery store, while being on a very quiet street. The shower drain cleared very slowly. That was the only issue.

AC was not working in room. Tech sent but never fixed. We had to call desk and ask for room change. No one followed up Did not receive requested wake up call on date of departure. Do not disturb sign was on door, housekeeper entered anyway. Beds were made, window was left open(in severe heat wave) and nothing else was done. We had to request towels and coffee.

Laurine at the front desk related to us the morning you were leaving the hotel, I was hoping to meet you but you did not showed up at the front desk I wanted to apologies personally for what happened. Furthermore, I would like to inform you that we did not charge your credit card for the incidentals on your bill which represents 100$. « Very nice hotel »

We enjoyed our stay with you. Your staff was courteous and helpful. Our only problem was that the hotel ran out of bath towels and left us hand towels to wipe off with. We needed to initiate getting more towels and was told there were none in the hotel. The staff gave us bathrobes to use to wipe ourselves down with after our shower. Not sure how a hotel doesn’t have bath towels for its guest.
