Great property, in good location easy access to airport by taxi/uber/car and free trams to the city and Southbank. Friendly and helpful staff in all areas. Only reason for not giving "excellent" is the restaurant isn't open every night and the menu is very limited.

The reception team was very warm and welcoming. The welcoming basket of bread and butter was a surprise but very appropriate for early morning starts. Room service was good although a little inconsistent. Wish to make a special mention regarding your excellent concept of rewarding the guests who opt for no-room-service. Unfortunately without my Accor membership I was unable to claim the points. But it is an excellent idea and a winner all round. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Was unhappy with the room floor. I had asked for an upgrade. The rooms had no bathroom slippers no bathrobe plus no bath tub. I was on honeymoon and I expected a bath tub atleast in my room. So I was little bit unhappy

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had high expectations, when we arrived the room stank of cigarette & the bathroom sink was clogged. We reported this to reception and they said they would have this sorted out right away, to their credit the sink was fixed however the room smell didn’t improve at all. As a self contained unit we bought provisions to make breakfast ourselves & found there was no frying pans at all in unit at all again extremely inconvenienced Would we stay again, I’d say definitely not as there is much better Accor hotels near by

The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 2 Adults + 2 kids. The room was well equipped and very modern. It was large enough for us. The amenities were great and the kids loved the indoor pool. The staff were very nice and accommodating to our request for late check out.

The accommodation felt outdated with dark hallways. We had to ask where everything was ie pool, tennis court etc. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We had breakfast included but had to ask what we needed to do and then down in the restaurant it wasn't clear what was included in the breakfast.

Comfortable room and well-equipped kitchen. Perfectly adequate for our short 4-night stay. The exhaust fans in the bathroom did not work, which was not addressed after I requested it to be looked at on the second day of our stay (though it was a long weekend, so perhaps Engineering was not in). Additional care should be taken with clean linens/towels, as we were provided with soiled items as "clean". First, a "clean" towel with a very obvious B. stain was placed on the towel rail on the second day of our stay, B. stain side up. We actually did not use this towel for the remainder of the stay and it was not replaced (not sure how it was missed on successive days). Secondly, a "clean" pillow case with small red stains (presumably blood) was provided on the first day of our stay. This did get replaced on the following day's service. We did not report either of these cleanliness issues as it was not too important, but these things should be noticed by housekeeping when servicing the room. Hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, supermarkets and shopping mall. It is located within the free tram zone for easy access to the CBD. We were not upgraded for our stay (platinum-level guest), but this was because the hotel was booked out for the long weekend. I appreciate the hotel mentioning this in the welcome letter, which ensured that the guest was aware that the hotel had attempted to provide the program benefits, but were unable to. Well done!

I was a little disappointed with the confusion which occurred at the desk when I arrived and that a cot was not provided as requested initially and had to be re requested or that it wasn't able to be fitted into the bedroom properly. It had to be positioned half inside the wardrobe. Other than that our stay was very pleasant and as enjoyable as usual.

Internal paint colour (purple) makes corridors to dark and sleazy. If your looking for a retro look it’s not working. We’re in the 6th floor and the plant system was noisy and had trouble going to sleep.
