Clean and spacious room. The room was cleaned when the 'clean me' sign was left on the door handle after our 1st nights stay. The members of staff were always polite and curtious. Never had any issues.

« I expected a bit more from a hotel that carries the Novotel brand »

I requested a quiet room on a higher floor. I arrived a bit early, and I was told that they have allotted a room with a good view on the 9th Floor. However, I was told to wait until 2 PM for checking in. When I reached the hotel again at 2 PM, I was told that the room, initially kept for me, was already allotted to another guest. I was given a room on the 8th floor nearest to the list, which caused constant irritation. The hotel did not provide basic amenities expected of a Novotel hotel, like the shaving kit or the dental kit. There was no microwave in the room and not even a wardrobe. Wifi was open (without a password) which means it can be easily hacked. This prevented me from making the full use of Wifi

I had a pleasant stay on the whole. I could not charge my laptop and phone, until I figured out something myself. Didn't find the hotel desk helpful at all. In fact the lady there was dismissive and hostile.

The hotel was really lovely with ample room. I booked for a night for my boyfriend's birthday - I had mentioned this in the comments when booking but didn't think much more about it. When we got there, there were balloons and a card on the bed (and they weren't just your standard ones, one had confetti inside!) Really thoughtful touch :) I would stay again

« Comfortable stay in a perfect location »

The hotel was located next to an underground station which is well connected to the city centre. The bar was quite good. The room was clean and very comfortable. I stayed in a suite which was a good experience. Housekeeping was not consistent and would fill up the necessities regularly and I had to approach the reception on multiple occassions. Breakfast was good, but absolutely the exact same for all the 11 nights I stayed. It would be better if they changed the menu slightly every now & then to introduce a variety for guests staying more than 2 nights. Overall, it was a very good experience, except the housekeeping part.

My last few visits with you have been as the title says inconsistent. Even being sent a mail to say I was a Gold car member I was only checked in once as a Gold member. The water in the room is also hit and miss I have not had any still water in any of the last four visits and while I don't drink the sparkling water the seal was broken on one of the bottles. To add to the inconstancy I also missed biscuits too.

Having stayed at many Novotel hotels I find the Wembley hotel particularly good. The hotel is modern and provides the range of facilities that I require. The staffa re firnely and polite and my experiences of requiring assistance have always been trouble-free. The restaurant facility is also well suited to the hotel, is comfortable and has a nice atmosphere.

I enjoyed staying at the Novotel. Very clean, quiet and relaxing. Only two gripes - one my shower head seemed broken restricting flow of water and secondly there was one evening when the wi-fi kept cutting out. This was a bit frustrating as I was doing some work at the time.
