« It was really terrible experience. »

SHANICA was the one who I have talked at reception and her attitude was terrible. She was so nice and kind to the European Man customers but treated me differently. Her attitude and service was terribly bad. I stayed in ibis hotel with other 8 colleagues and all of us will never visit your hotel again.

« Incorrect max amount of guests on website. »

Booked on Accor website a room for max of 4 3 adults and 1 child. When we arrived the room only catered for 3 guests. Management organised a family room, but still we had 3 guests sleeping in a big bed and 1 guest sleeping on an uncomfortable small pullout bed. Management tried their best to satisfy our needs, but it is the website that lets you down!

nice design of interior room, but facility is quite poor and pool area not that clean, couldnt get breakfast in the morning, no one informed me that last breakfast is 10. i cam actually by 10:07 and nothing there and could no proposed solution.

Booked standard Queen room with queen bed. The allotted room is very cramped no place to move around. One simple rod is provided for hanging clothes and no cup board. The location of the hotel is very isolated and located near industrial belt. The nearest MRT is about 2 kms. The shuttle bus service provided by the hotel is also not convenient since the timings are fixed and the coach can accommodate 7-8 heads only.There is no eating joints nearby (u need to travel at least 3 kms ). U need to depend on either taxi or bus for regular travel. Bus stop is located at about 500 mtr. The breakfast is not that impressive. Very limited choices. The swimming pool is very small and symbolic. The wash room is also very congested and no water facility in the toilet. The quality of linen is good. But over all experience is not worth the money paid (S$ 150 per day).

I have been staying at ure hotel since it's open. I love the location and the surrounding of the place but the minus point is there is no FREE PARKING why is that so when we are the guests?

It started with a very fast check-in and up to our room on the top floor, which was bright and large enough, big bed, bright colors. Bathroom with shower is clean. after this going down to 4th floor for welcome drink beside the pool, and alter supper there. Breakfast next morning was nothing special since it was mostly Asian food. We stayed 3 nights and it was worth it. If we come back to SIN we would like to come back tothis place.

« Comfortable room surpassed but great food »

The room, although small, was very comfortable. The bathroom space is created ingeniously. Only dowmside is the light in shower and toilet was not powerful enough for me. I ate all my meals at the hotel and enjoyed them immensely. Breakfast was standard for Ibis, however the local dishes were exceptionally good. The staff and management were very courteous and obliging.

Not as satisfactory as a member. 1. No privilege on parking free as previously we do have. 2. No shower cap in room and cleaner not understand meaning if shower cap. 3. Rate written on board was not honour. At the rate booked we should have the special rate. 4. Breakfast can be improved. Paid but not appetising, if not improved we can opt to not include but is not possible as per front desk lady. 5. Can get same rate in Yotel Orchard with the same rate in A CBD area so it doesn't justify. Also in terms of a member status.

I had a convention at Suntec Convention Center and stayed here during 22-25 November. The location was good and the hotel was a part of MacPherson shopping mall (under renovation). It took 10 minute walk from Mattar MRT station. The discounted price after flash sale many months before was reasonable. The room I stayed was quite small but clean. The bed was comfortable. There was also mini refrigerator and safe box. The bathroom had very few amenities. The free breakfast had not many selections as in other Ibis hotels. The fitness was great but I did not use it. The front desk persons were nice especially Sanu who was very helpful and friendly. The hotel also provided free shuttle service to MRT and nearby places. I might stay here again if the hotel has flash sale like this stay.

ibis Novena had originally cancelled my booking without any original notice. They organised me to head over to ibis Styles McPherson. I usually stay at either ibis Bencoolen or Novena but needed an area near Novena as I needed to visit my dad who was unfortunately diagnosed with cancer and is seeking treatment at Mount E hospital. The long day at work and flight from Australia adding to it definitely did not do the best for me. I would like to take this time to thank the lady who checked me in (I think her name was Shamica) for her kind understanding, compassion and professionalism in ensuring that I had a goodnight rest. It might seem like a simple gesture, but it means a lot for someone who is going through a tough time in the family like me. She was an absolute rockstar! The experience at ibis Novena did turn me off just as I was about to make the decision to sign up for Accor Plus as of 1st Dec. However, the kindness displayed finalised that it was just a one off experience and my partnered just signed up for Accor Plus and a Supplementary card between us to ease our travel and secure our future stays with Accor. The room was simple but was great just for the overnight stay! Thank you for taking my preferences into consideration for a higher level room far away from the lift. The layout of the lobby, restaurant and rooms made me felt like I was at an ibis Styles similary to those in overseas. I believe a great staff member like her can only exist due to a great team. Kudos to the team at ibis McPherson. I will be back soon!
