Hotel was excellent, and all services offered by the hotel were on very good level. But unfortunately somebody made a significant cratch with another car to my vehicle at the hotel parking place. Unfortunately I discovered this result some hours later at the next gasoline station already in Lithuania.

Smooth checck-in/ -out, comfortable bed and good night sleep. Not a luxury, but a very adequate experience within walking distance of the venues we vere attending. Will consider this property in the future. Breakfast has room for improvement, but no major complaints here. Room may appear small, but ours was adequate and comfortable.

Entrance to hotel is ugly. You should give up part of Parking for a nice entrance, now it is poor and even dangerous. One evening there was very loud music from bar, party ? Even with windows closed my bed was shaking

« Poor front desk service, terrible breakfast and carpet in the room! Air conditioner didnt work. »

I was really shocked by the quality level. Have stayed in nicer Ibis hotels. The front desk continually gave us false information (where the bus is, where the boat is...all incorrect!!!). When asked why the air conditioner in the room didnt work, they said it did, but then brought a fan?! It didnt work the entire time we were there. The breakfast foods were of the lowest quality (other than the coffee, which was good). And carpet in the room! Is this 1978? Carpet is disgusting in a hotel room.

The hotel was comfortable and quiet, reception staff friendly and helpful. The food menu outside of breakfast was limited but there were many alternative places within easy walking distance. Price was good value. Missing was any real connection to the city and its culture.

Very Friendly wellcome from front desk receptionist was very nice start for our short visit in Hotel Mercure Riga and your beautiful city. The room was very nice and well equipped. « Nice room for a short stay »

I arrived late and was checked in personally. The room was good and clean, maybe a bit oldfashioned for my taste. The view was great great and also the hotel is next to a two-lane-street, I did not really heard some noise. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom very nice equipped and the WiFi quite strong. Overall the stay was absolutely great and I would recommend it to anyone for a stay in Riga.

« Perfect Stay »

I have stayed here before and similar to last stay this was also a perfect stay nothing to complain ... arrival and check in was smooth ... departure was even smoother ... and everything in between was good ... got the attention as a platinum member and the room was nice .... if i have to draw some issues the room was pretty cold on the first day and howsoever i tried to manage the temperature it still was cold but somehow that improved with next day .....
