We needed a place to stay close the airport and this was excellent. As it turned out we had a medical emergency and the staff were excellent in helping us and looking after me during our extended stay. cannot thank them too much. The bar and pool on the roof are a bonus

« Exceptional personal attention near the airport »

We arrived at the Saigon Airport Ibis after having a medical emergency on our flight. The staff at the Ibis were immediately accomodating getting us into a room, arranging for transfer to an excellent medical centre and holding our booking open ended. Each day the staff were interested in our progress, being understanding of our uncertainty on outcomes. the General Manager even met with me and offered assistance. The rooms are modern clean and very comfortable, the bistro has served me well for nearly two weeks and I have at last ventured to the roof top bar and scenic swimming pool. I can only express my greatest thanks to the staff for their concern and help during our stay.

Need to catch the early morning (6.45am) flight to Nha Trang. It's an overnight stop in HCM City Good to know that this Ibis hotel provides shuttle bus service to and fro airport, though the hotel is located about 5 mins walk from the airport. The room is spacious like suite or a service apartment as it come with a living room and simple kitchen. It's value for money

Very nice location. Walking distance to the Tan Son Nhat Airport Very helpful staff and customer services. However, room not cleaned properly - floor still dusty especially at corners, on the cupboard, under the curtains, beds (HK's issues?). The room was so dusty that my wife and child wwere sneezing throughout our stay (she hates dust !).

Rooms are clean , spacious and functional. But the noise separation was not done properly. My room is on the side of the main road and road noise can be heard very clearly especially during rush hours. Location is not ideal for those looking to explore the city as it is literally walking distance from the airport. Nice roof top bar, built in Starbucks and also a good spread for breakfast. Most suitable for business visitors.

A bit of a wait for the shuttle bus but can be forgiven. At 1.45am housekeeping decided to enter and tidy the room. Clearly not good and did not sleep for the rest of the night. Big plus is this hotel is close to the airport!

This is my 6th stay here. I've stayed in other hotels in SGN/HCM, and I can confidently say that this hotel provides the best value, especially if you just want to stay-in, relax and get some productive work done. It also has a rooftop pool and bar with a great view! Definitely my first choice and go-to hotel in SGN/HCM! Credits to Nam for the warm welcome, Van for the pleasant conversation, and Duong and Ty for the easy check-out and shuttle booking!

loved the roof top bar, most comfortable bed we slept in in Vietnam. Room small had all we needed. There was a serious problem with the aircon ended up being 27 degrees and stiffling.

With the exception of the crazy lifts everything was fine. Only if you want to go to the gym early morning you must go to the ground floor and play with the lift buttons until one of the two lifts that goes to the rooftop opens.

Very nice hotel for a short layover or next continuing flight to else where in Vietnam. Plenty of (English) movie channels Fairly quiet rooms, no Karaoke nearby that we heard during our nights rest. Could be two bed pillows instead of one per person. Excellent lightening throughout our upgraded room, thank you Ibis for the “Room Upgrade”. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Showers are a tad bit small for big men such as myself. AirCon was cool enough. And bed was comfortable. Dinner (Pho Bo) was delicious and breakfast had plenty of choices for westerners. I will stay here again if the situation presents itself similarly. What would be quite helpful is an Ibis Shuttle Bus collection point for incoming guests at the airport. Could definitely fill more rooms and sell more food this way.
