It was great. The front desk people arranged for me to use the spa after checkout because I went hiking before my flight. My 2nd day I accidentally left the do not disturb sign on all day. When I cam back at 5pm there were still people there to help clean the room after I got rid of the do not disturb sign.

Excellent gym and club lounge. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. I would like to commend Hana Kim for providing a very pleasant and great service to us. The gym was very tidy and clean. The equipment was modern and adequate. Staff in Front office were very helpful and polite.

The system require a credit card number for room guarantee. The secretary had used her credit card to guarantee the room. Upon check out, why didn't the front desk charge the room to the guest and yet charge the room to the credit card had that been used for guarantee ?

« Not the usual Novotel hospitality »

1. Check in reception staff was very good and helpful. 2. Concierge staff was quite indifferent to questions and not so helpful. Clearly guests needs are not as important as what they seem to be doing at that time of query. 3. Bar-lounge near Reception - one of the lady staff doesn't smile at all and glares at customers - we were not the only ones who experienced it - like we all owe her a lot of money. Other ladies were ok except for one lady staff. 4. In room, toothbrushes need to be bought. I can appreciate Novotel adopting a Green policy but there are plastic comb, plastic shaver provided too but we are required to buy the toothbrush at a high price. Does Novotel need to make profit from this toothbrush and cause inconvenience to guests? I don't quite understand this Novotel rationale.

I had a one night stay at the hotel. The check-in was prompt, and the room I was given was amazing. The room was very clean, and looked gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities in the room was very well thought of. The view of my room was very nice as well as I can see quite a bit of Seoul. The location was very convenient for me and close to eating locations.

« Novotel conveniently located in the midst of a Transport Hub »

We were impressed from the moment we entered the Novotel lobby. We had a quick check-in. The Officer at the dedicated Accor plus check-in counter made sure that both of our rooms were adjacent to one another and pleasantly surprised us with a room upgrade for both of our rooms plus welcome drinks. Both rooms were small by international standards but were moderate-sized by Korean standards. Both rooms had very nice & modern lay-outs. Both rooms were equipped with the latest amenities, 65" TV, incredibly fast wifi, automatic bidet, etc. The best part for guests using public transport in getting around Seoul, the Yongsan Train Station, Yongsan Subway Station, Airport Express Bus Station, Mall were just within a 5-minute walk from the Novotel. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Check-in was very easy with a friendly yet professional staff. Room was nice and modern with quite a good view. Coffee and Teabags were very special, not typical hotel coffee or tea. Also a nice gesture that the room was equipped with nice glasses and wine glass as well.

My family stayed at a executive twin room. There were two single beds and they were little bit small for adults. It would be better if the beds were king single. Hotel staff were not friendly. That’s what I felt compared with other hotels. Especially with the receptionist. She hardly smiled when I check in.

1. In general, it was a good quality. I put my personal face cream in the shower room with Novotel shampoo and body cream. After the bed-making, all were thrown away.. As my face cream is not empty, i was disappointed.. 2. The noise outside of my room was a bit loud wih room keepers are running and cleaning the other room. 3. My surname was wrongly registered for wifi usage. So, i needed to call the reception to check.

Clean and well maintained. Near to train station though there were no signs leading to Hotel. Small inconveniences. Interesting that Platinum member still need to pay Sauna fees. I stayed at the Intercontinental Seoul at COEX mall and facilities access like Sauna was complimentary. House keeping did not refill amenities like soap and coffee but was resolved calling guest services.

Rooms are clean, well equipped with all the amenities that you need. Bed is very comfortable and linens are clean. The only thing was it takes a bit of walk to cross over the bridge to Yongsan station. Staffs are courteous and well mannered.
