« "One stop family staycation" »

The room is spacious and the decoration is fresh and lively, not 100% sound proof but still Ok. The hotel provide kids activities that keep my kid entertained. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice with lots to choose, the noodle station is my favorite. Pool can be upgraded and I read that it will be renovated so Im hoping it will be bigger and more entertaining. I recommend this hotel as a perfect family hotel. Thank you.

So Far So Good. Staff attitude was good, just have been few days, haven't post credit point to my account. which normally other properties did it fast. just we stay 4d/3n restaurant menu for lunch and dinner some menu seem default already, only few change. while location wise far, difficult to explore local food.

While check in process, i tell the reception that i want redeem my 3000 points then he said it will took a time and he also ask about deposit. I give them 500k for that. At 10pm, he call and tell that all are set for my req which its a good news for me. In the next day upon check out time, reception tell that my req not finish yet and need something to approve thru my email. Unfortunately my email was hacked by stranger and they know about it since i arrived there. They ask me to wait cause they tryin to make it done. They gimme welcome drink while they are working on my req. Last but not the least after 2 hour waiting at the streat, they just redeem 1000 point and i have to pay 700k. As a gold member, im really disapointed and it ruin my weekend mood. It just not about the nominal that i have to pay, but never give a guest the info that havent done yet. I didnt get my benefit stay as a gold member. But anyway thank you for this memorable moment!

Guest satisfaction means everything for us, and I appreciate the feedback you gave through our guest satisfaction survey platform, TrustYou Survey. I have personally gathered all related information by carrying out all full and thorough investigation with following personnel of ibis Styles Bogor Raya to collect more accurate and objective information related to your feedback. - Receptionist (upon checked-in) Mr. Irfan Nawawi - Receptionist (upon checked-out) Ms. Sazqia Riva - Duty Manager (upon checked-out) Mr. Farhan Faruqi After the investigation, I have the result that I would like to share with you. In regards the request for redeem points, it is our responsibility to assist you with the process, that is why at that night our receptiont confirming to you that we will follow up your request. But, the redeem points for member is something that really personal to our guest and it is Accor's security standard to ask validation directly to the related member when they want to do reedem point above 1000 points otherwise our hotel team can not proceed the redemption. In your case, the request is to redeem 3000 points and for this request Accor will send the validation code to your personal email to avoid points being used without guest authorization. I got the information as well from the team that unfortunately you can not open your email due to it was hacked. The hotel team tried to do extramile service by calling the Accor Helpdesk and inform them about your situation. We got information from Accor's team that the other way to get validation is through sms but unfortunately you did not register your number for this system. At this point, the situation is out of our control as hotel team. I am truly sorry to learn that you have unpleasant experience about this condition. As part of our gesture to help you maximize your redeem points, the best solution we can give on your checked-out day is by offering maximum redeem points which not required an email validation/sms at 1000 points. Once again, we’re apologizing for the inconvenience caused and hope that we can continue our lasting relationship with you and for any future opportunities. The room was clean and neat, the staff was friendly, great view and location for retreat, the facility was good (kids playground, mini market). But I have to say that the variation of breakfast menu was a little bit boring. There was no fried food, too many soup (bubur ayam, bubur kacang ijo, bubur kacang merah, lontong sayur, Soto), and when I ate the tomato pasta there was a little part that are too hard to chew (pastanya mjd kering kaku). Also, there are bycicle facility in Ibis. I wish to be able to ride a bike with my toddler, but it couldn't be done because there was no kids basket or bicycle seat for toddler. But iverall, I was happy to stay at Ibis with my family. Thank youy

« Great for weekend getaway »

This is our 2nd time staying here. This time we brought the whole family. We love the service and hospitality of the people. To be able to enjoy Novotel’s facilities is a plus. Check in time took longer than I thought despite I’ve done online check in through website. 2 of my rooms were not ready yet even after 3PM. Turns out the online c/in wasn’t linked to their system? Too bad. Priority lane for Le Club members didn’t help as they open for non-members their as well. Buffet dinner was not exceptional with not much options on the main dishes. But breakfast was good, lots of varieties. Taste wise were ok. Would be great if you could provide more space to hang out, snacking & drink around hotel area since the location itself is a bit secluded and far from city center. Would love to return next time and try the family room. Looking forward for the new look of Novotel too!
