Hi, this is my 2nd time go to Ibis Jemursari for business trip. In my 2nd visit, actually everything is very comfortable. But there is some problem that i found: 1. Suddenly the lift turn off and force brake. Try to press the bell but got nothing response. Luckily the lift turn on and I able to move to another level. 2. I can't find any sandal in my room and no siomay when i had breakfast. I believe Ibis can improve this because I didn't found that issue before in my 1st visit. Thanks Ibis for hearing my feedback.

« Nice room, but messy breakfast »

Rooms were okay, even they need about 45 minutes to find key for door connecting, we book 2 rooms with connecting door. But the very disappointment was the bfast. We hv late bfast at 08:30, but almost everything were run out, the fried chicken, fried rice, pecel, salad, cake, plain water etc....all run out. Even we must wait for clean fork and spoon. Later they substitute the fried chicken with fried fish ... so funny hahahaha.

This is very short trip as we arrived in hotel in the evening and departure quite early, however we experience warm welcome starting from Security at Main Entrance, Front Desk Agent during check in and check out plus fond farewell upon departure. Front Desk Agent were very attentive by offering food to go as they aware we will depart early in morning.
