First time stay in Ibis, make me want to Stay again when i come to this city. It worth the price i paid, bedroom is so comfort, specially with idea to put topper on the bed , breakfast is ok , many choices. from 2 nght , i extend till 4 night , purpose is until early of july , but hotel was full booked For 3 star hotel, this is excellent Only some need to be attention : like size of the lift, hopefully it can be enlarge , light in bedroom , need more bright ( personal taste ) But overall , two tumbs for Ibis Style

First check in, the room have problem with air con, but hotel staff quickly help to change room, and prepared the new room in well condition by turning on the air con in advance...it's quite hot in Surabaya, also they give a cake as present in the room, even though the cake is should be for other guest and have the guest name on it...

Excelent service even only three star hotel. It's look like five star hotel. Warm hospitality from hotel staff, really helpfull when send me to airport and none public transpot come. The manager lend me her/his own privat car to help me go to airport. Nice room, comfort, clean and fresh. With the lovely welcome cake available on the table. Thank you ibis.. The hotel is good but the service is not good. The service at check-in was good, what wasn't good was when I wanted to borrow tableware to the room. I waited for 1 hour, and even then I had to take it myself at the restaurant and argue because they were crowded. Even though it's very easy, just give me a spoon and fork when I pick it up to the restaurant and the problem will be solved, simple. Moreover there is a mother who is standing at the counter and inviting me to argue so I had to hit the table, it was very embarrassing, after that I was given a spoon and fork.
