They were busy with their own job, when i wanted to do the check in i asked them first to do it That was bad experience for the big company like Accor

overall there's no problem with my staying, I just want give some input like "lift touch sensor" it's hard for me when I touch the sensor for up or down, no respond I need other guest to help me press it, it's working on the second day I stay, I don't know why. For my room I just wondered the standard to tidy the bed just look like no proper standard.

Our favorite hotel in Surabaya. Nice quiet room, our room was upgraded to suite room with delicious cakes awaiting us. So lovely, thank you. Everyone was very polite & friendly & always ready to help. Nice restaurant & breakfast was good, but not much bread & no cheese (sometimes we miss European breakfast). The lobby is a great place for meeting friends or for a relaxing drink at the bar.
