Our little weekend getaway was absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived and were greeted by staff to our gorgeous corner room it was an absolutely amazing experience. Each and every staff member was friendly, kind and courteous. Making the most of our time, we chose to have cocktails and dinner downstairs at Mobius Bar and Grill and we weren’t disappointed. To the team at the Pullman, thank you for making our experience so wonderful and we will certainly be back again.

Not too impressed. Was wanting room service. Rang 3 times no answer. Went down to resturant and couldn get served. So I gave up and went elsewhere for a meal. When I checked in waited forever to get noticed by staff. Couldn't understand receptionist was way too loud in lobby and with her accent I had no idea.. So I guess what she was trying to say was that was I ok with a disabled room ? Could hear everything in room next door especially at 1am trough the door that joins the two rooms I had to put my pillows up against gap in bottom of door to try and drown out their carrying on.

We arrived around 9pm and check in was very efficient and as I had booked a table for dinner the table was in my preferred area against the window. When we went to the room your staff had acknowledged my 75 nights at the hotel with an appreciation card and gift as well as advising staff through out the hotel from restaurant manger to servicing staff. I very much appreciate that gesture.

The hotel is only 5 minutes drive from the airport and a lovely place to stay overnight or a short trip. The room was spacious with a comfortable king bed and a large shower and separate deep bath. The restaurant and bar are stylish and the food is delicious. There was a wide selection of food at the buffet breakfast. Parking is available next door at $30/night.
