My wife and I stayed at Pullman Sydney Airport hotel for the second time in ten days. Our first was after arriving from hobart and recently before departing Sydney. Consistency of performance is important and on both occasions this hotel was superb. Highly recommended when travelling through Sydney

Seamless check in, love the decor and design of room, very comfortable and clean service was impeccable including at the bar and in the restaurant. Great variety of choices at the buffet breakfast. Will definitely stay again

Good quality quiet rooms. My only complaint is with the restaurant. I mostly enjoy the food and service there. I have stayed at the hotel a lot over the last two months and I am not sure which trip these comments apply to. Two of my meals have been a little disappointing: the lamb rump was sinuous and a little chewy, the fish special came with a mash on the second occasion I ordered this dish there was only a small smear of mash. I thought it would have better if the staff just apologised for running out of mash and maybe offered a side.

« Fantastic room and facilities »

First time I’ve stayed at this venue and would recommend . Everything was great however was surprised when informed my Accor membership only provided a 25% discount in Mobius vs the 50% that has been communicated in my Accor comms and at the hotel itself . I’m a big fan and loyal supporter of the Accor group however this is one area that I find a challenge as very inconsistent application across the group

« Very nice hotel. »

Its a lovely hotel. The beds are nice and firm. Everything is clean. On the downside, (very minor), it is really confusing to find the light switch to shot off the lights in the glass box where the robes and mini-bar are. Also, it would help guests, the environment, and taxi drivers, if you gave guests the option to share taxis when booking a ride to the airport. Often when a taxi turns up the guests have already left together in the first taxi that comes along. This no doubt annoys the taxi drivers a great deal. I did exactly this....shouting a couple the ride to the airport as my company reimburses me the fare anyway.

« shower head leaked cold water and found the room noisy due to roadwork »

Staff were amazing as always. I was put in a room at the front corner which was noisy due to the roadwork happening on O'Riordon St. Several bangs as the trucks and cars go over 3 lumps in the road. The shower rose from the ceiling leaked cold water on you whilst you were having a shower and using the shower head on the wall.

« What has changed? »

Overall I was happy enough with my stay. Having stayed here a number of times I can contrast it with previous stays. I thought that there had been a drop in standard from recent times. The room was fine, as was the breakfast. The restaurant was below par for dinner. The meal was average - particularly for the price - and the service was slow despite it being about 6:30pm and not very busy. There were adequate staff numbers - maybe a bit disorganized. Also, I could not connect to the Wi-Fi despite the efforts of the hotel iT guy who was helping with the course/function that I was there for.

Such a handy spot for travelers being near to the airport. Lovely modern rooms and meticulously clean. Service was excellent and meal was great. Found the ensuite a little different - not really being able to separate the bathroom from the living area. Prefer a separation between these areas.
