« Okay but does not meet expectations »

Villas are very nice, however, buggy service is really my concern. My family got back to the villas at night, we requested buggy to go back to the villas; ended up waited for more than 15 minutes. We have kids, and they were all exhausted after a long day. When we called a buggy, the reception told us there were a team building so the hotel are quite busy and asked us to wait; my family and I also paid to stay, so it does not sounds right to me. Please review the quality of your services especially the buggy service. Through out my stay, Julia Tình was very helpful, and make my stay at the hotel more comfortable. She prepared a birthday cake for me and my nephew. Could you please convey my thanks to Julia Tình and her colleagues for helping me and my family.

« Comfortable and relaxing »

The villa overall makes us comfortable and relaxing. However we also experience no hot water for shower, but have fixed in a shorter period and send us a free coconut coffee for apologies. It makes us surprising. The food from poolside restaurant are very tasty but available choices are limited. Overall I will come back if I would visit Danang again.

« Not as good as before »

We stayed in Premier Village several times so far. This time our stay was good, but the satisfaction level is much less than previous stays. Staffs are less friendly and facilities start to degrade. One restaurant is closed for renovation so the choice is limited.

« best concierge ever »

One of the Concierge help us our entire trip. Ms. Alice (the concierge) personally contact me via messenger several days before we go. and she tried to arrange airport transfer and spa service. during the stay, she still check our trip and advised us based on our preference. and she response for all the request and questions. quality of room is not the best but good enough. and their private pool is good for everyone. big size of table with 6 chair was good for family. there are many restaurants and convenience store near by resort. and their buggy service inside of the resort was let my feel more comfortable.

« Fantastic Stay with Family & Friends at the Resort »

We had a wonderful 9 nights at Premier Village, 2 families holidaying together for the 1st time in a long while. Both our pool and the resort pool were great, the access to the beach and bicycles was great fun. The staff could not do enough for us and the kids thought it was great having a golf buggy deliver us to and from the main gate on numerous occasions, along with being able to explore without any issues. Special mention to Jolie who was fantastic and looked after us very well indeed from offering options to organising cars for us and going out of her way when we contacted her as we were lost and couldn't find our driver while out exploring. Also Phan Van Hoa happened to be our favourite driver and became an adopted member of the families...

« Spacious room, nice beach area, helpful hotel staff »

Our family including 9 people stayed at beach front villa. We were welcome by a wine bottle, a rose vase and a plate of chocolate. The room is spacious, beach area is really beautiful and everyone in the hotel is very helpful and always keep a smile on their face.

« There was no apology. »

My first family trip to celebrate my father's 70th birthday. Lunch at the Seafood Restaurant in the resort as soon as you arrive. Take a raw oyster and run an emergency with enteritis in the early morning. There was no proper apology and no compensation. I was sorry for my dad and I was very upset.

Si n., First of all we would like to thank you for your feedback Let me begin by saying that at Premier Village Danang Resort, we take pride on following a very strict and non-negotiable Hygiene Practice, for which our Food & Beverage staff are trained and certified, and daily random inspections are conducted in all Kitchens, stewarding pantries, restaurants and bars, by our Director of Food and Beverage, the Executive Chef and our Chief Steward, as well as on daily food production. 09th September 2019, your family included 7 members who shared the lunch meal at our Ca Chuon Co restaurant, and at dinner time your whole family had dinner at outside restaurant. We were sad to hear that the day after, the unexpected incident happened to one of the members. As we had check with your family who were sharing the lunch meal, about any incidents occurred to them, and the feedback was negative. Nevertheless, we really appreciated your feedback, whilst we wish everything is good now to the member, we remain at your disposal for any further information that you might require, and if you wish to forward us further updates, we will be happy to look into it, feel free to contact us anytime. Beautiful property and kind, helpful staff. Too many missteps and things not quite right for a five-star property. Expectations not met. For the premium price charged I expect a really tight experience and this wasn't the case.

« A lot of thanks to Alice/ our 2nd stay »

This is our 2nd stay in Premier Village in Danang. We should say a lot of thanks to our personal assistant Alice. During our stay, she took really good care of my family. My daughters were sick and Alice helped me a lot. She took us to the hospital, arranged cars,meals,private tour....Even in her off time, when we need her help, she rushed up appeared in front of us. Yes, she helped me to take my daughter to the hospital late at night. The day when we left Danang, we felt Alice is just like our close friend in Danang. We couldn’t enjoy much because of my daughters’ sickness this time, but I can say Premier Village is the only choice of my family if we come back to Danang again. Thank you very much for your help in Danang, Alice. See you next time!

Overall good experience. Staff professional and welcoming. Special thanks to Jolie who took attentive care of us during our entire stay period of 4 nights. Buggy service is super efficient. Fair choices for breakfast. We stayed in a garden view 4br villa. Pleasant stay but few small points worth to note by the Management for improvement. 1) our villa 368 is located very close to the main road outside. Can be quite noisy at times during the night 2) bathroom: water pressure weak at the basement room; drainage problem almost in each shower; should put some hooks for hanging clothes Nevertheless, I will recommend Premier Village to whoever visiting Danang.
