« Still beautoful villa but need to improve some seevice. »

This time was my 3rd time visited in premier village with my familly. Still beautiful villa and very kindly staffs. They well prepared all my orders before check in. And my personal GRO Julia was so helpful. Breakfast was much better then last time. I felt all the dishes were improved. However, Some situations have embarrassed me. Our second day were really heavy raining. We need to umbrella for go to breakfast. But the umbrella were only two in our villa. So I asked reception, there first answer was look for it again even I searched all the room before I called. They sent the umbrella after 30 min............. Moreover, I also asked 2 more bottle of water. The reception said that Housekeeping already setted up the water during cleaning time. So they could not offer extra water..... I'm not sure that it was poilcy for cost saving.. Nevertheless, still the premier village was one of my favorit resort in Danang.

The guest relations officer, Hanna, provided excellent service in meeting our needs during our stay. She worked diligently to answer all our queries and went out of her way to book tours and shows. She bought at her own personal expense a pair of slippers for my aged mother. She made our stay memorable.

The villa layout was great for our two families (2 adults, 3 kids) and resort had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The grounds are immaculate and so beautifully landscaped. We especially loved the breakfast buffets - we were able to try so many different Central Vietnamese foods during our time there from my quang to Hue specialties. The banh cuon station was a highlight - they were made fresh to order! What made our stay especially memorable was the staff. Anna checked in on us daily and set up a birthday surprise for my daughter with a cake and decorations. It was so special to be able to celebrate her birthday there. Everyone we me with from the reception to buggy drivers were so friendly and accommodating. We hope to return again soon!

Hello.im really happy and relax when stayed at yourhotel 4nights.Acctually ,firsttime spent at yours most impression is staff her name is Mai Anh who incharge myvillage 365 is very enthusiam and helpful. Everything ok. Breakfast is delicous.sfaff warmly welcome.But yourswmingpool near the sea is not clean.The first Night my family have 6 adults but must stayed 2 room because the air conditioner broken .it 'very hot also i paid 3 bedroom..Cause myfamily stay four nights i just 'like relax and enjoy at yourhotel zAnyway Hope your hotel improve in nexttime for customer not consider carefully when booking yours.Thanks for reading.

This is the second time that I stayed in this resort. Don't understand why hotel did not provide shower gel and inhouse slippers. All staff was nice.

With Premier Village Danang resort, I and my family can enjoy a peaceful environment, very good services and helpfulness from well trained staffs. It is also very convenient place to visit downtown by taxi or garbcar or even by walking... Only one thing not make us not satisfied 100% i.e sometimes it took us long time to wait for picking up from village's room to entrance.

For $961US per night(8/13) & $855US (8/14), the villa is not up to the standard. The villa itself is nice, but the shower walls & floor are dirty. The grout are dirty with mold-looking. We would had asked for a different villa if we didn't realize it until our night shower. The buffet display is nice, but food is not tasty. Besides the Banh Xeo & Banh Uot stations, the rest of the food are not up to the standard of a 5 star resort. I would like to recognize the staff Hoa-bellman/buggy driver & the entire team. They were the only highlight of our stay at this resort. The housekeeping staff was nice too.

« Our experience was filled with many house keeping requests which were not met satisfactorily. »

Our first villa was appalling. The four room in the basement was more like a maid’s room. The water was flooding in the bathroom there. The toilet at the ground floor was very smelly. In the end we changed to another villa which was much better but there were issues with cockroaches and housekeeping.
