We stayed in the resort for 2 nights and the resort assistant Ms Heidi was very helpful for all arrangement. We changed our plan and she reacted very prompt to arrange and fulfill our needs. Thanks Heidi! The house is very nice and clean. Massage is excellent and highly recommended!!

Very nice and clean resort. Close to the beach. Good servicing and the assistant Ms. Heidi was very helpful, she responded very prompt even for our ad-hoc request. The massage is excellent and highly recommended!

The villa was well maintained. The double room (master bedroom) was very spacious and comfortable with a very nice bathroom. The plunge pool is definitely a plus. Staff of the villa came to clean the pool everyday. The pool was also very well maintained. It's nice that there is a safe in every bedroom. In general, we are very happy with the villa. Here are a few things that can be improved on - (1) Big bottle of free water is preferred than small bottles. it's more environmentally friendly. (2) The coffee table in the living room should be removed. The lower layer (the part that has extended from the coffee table ) is extremely dangerous to hotel guests. A lot of the guests tended to sit on it is an extension part of the table. You can't really see it when you are standing up and we accidentally kicked the extension part. I think the hotel should remove it. The service provided by the villa was excellent. Our assistant was Heidi. She is very sweet and helpful. She took very good care of us. Assisted us with the shuttle, the conveyance within the villa, and booked the spa and restaurant. We are very happy with her assistance. I wish there are more restaurants within the villa. The food was great.

The stay is superb. Villa is comfortable and clean all the time. Staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel pool is facing the beach.it’s great to enjoy snack and drinks at the pool side bar. I wanna say a big thanks to our personal assistant Dani, who help us to hold a perfect bridal shower and private BBQ dinner at the villa. She is a wonderful lady!

Buffet food is fine. But food in the Ca Chuon Co was under expectation. Staffs in the front office and F&B really need more training (attitude and skill) except the electric vehicle’s drivers who were all very nice and showed their care for the customers

« Great Vacation Experience for our Family »

We really enjoyed the trip we had at Premier Village. The villa was nice and accommodated our family with 2 small children well, especially the pool area. The service was great throughout all areas of the resort. I would like to make a special mention of our villa assistant Linh Nguyen whom went above and beyond to take care of our every question and need. Her terrific service really made our experience there and we would come back to the villa again. There are a few areas that I think needs improvement. First, the room service food could be better. The meats were either too lean/dry or overcooked. Also, there could be more variety on the menu to include other cuisines and choices in general. We wanted to eat out more because of this. Second, the resort isn't very kid or stroller friendly. We had to carry strollers up and downstairs and also sometimes through grassy areas. With all the families visiting, think this is a major area to address. Overall, we really liked it and plan to come back again next time we're in Danang.

Our family enjoyed the resort. It was very spacious and the private beach is beautiful. Breakfast buffet has good varieties just not everything is very tasty. The villas do show signs of wear we had the curtain fell down nearly hit my head (the rail and curtain) and a few hooks came off too. However the staff members are always very helpful. Our villa host Sammy always checked in on us and making sure everything's working ok. We got a cake for our anniversary and wine, which was very thoughtful. The buggy sometimes take a little longer however I cannot fault that service. Airport shuttle was very convenient also.

- Staff is not as efficient and passionate as expected. We have to wait for buggy in the main entrance for long time and the drive refused to take guests even he got an empty buggy. Even in the resaturant near the pool, we waited for half an hour for staff to clean the spilling water on the floor depsite repeated request - Villa is not properly set as the mat on the chair beside the villa pool is empty - Restaurant and kids room is not very welcoming. WE went inside the kids room at 7:45pm but the lady told us it closes at 8 and she has no intention to let us in - In-villa dining is great

We really take that English command is a progressive education at the resort, so as in Vietnam in general. You will be happy to know that we continuously teach our team English lessons, but realistically different background to different people makes that this second language is not yet perfect. Yet, most of the team, especially "front line" team members are doing fantastic in their use of English.
