Comfortable rooms with everything you need and staff couldn't be nicer. Breakfast was perfect. Dinner could have some better vegetarian options, but other than that we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

My partner and I found the staff to be quite rude. A smile goes a long way. The food at breakfast was cold, no cutlery and when there was cutlery it was dirty. It was as if service was nearly finished. It was 0930. Not impressed so doubt I’ll use Ibis again

The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed for an overnight stay. I found that the second bed which was obviously made up from a sofa a bit restrictive as I couldnt get to the window or the television. I also think £10 for parking is a bit steep considering the only way you could get to the hotel is by car.

I booked a duet room we got a room with a double bed and a sofa bed made up. I book a room with 2 singles because neither of us sleep well in a strange bed and singles make a big difference. The room was also next to the door by the lifts the doors were banging all night.. nightmare

Hotel is ok, but will never be any better than that. Reception staff, do their job but it's not the welcome you get at other hotels, the room was fine, breakfast was just a mess, soooo many uncleared tables. All in all it was ok, but i'd only stay there because i have to.

We found the staff very friendly and excellent. I would recommend all of them. The room and bed were fine and the bathroom/ shower room, good but the bed pillows were the much too hard and extremely uncomfortable. The windows were inadequately sound insulated as there was a constant loud murmur of traffic and aircraft noise throughout the night which along with the pillows meant we didnt sleep at all. We wont be returning.

« Wasn’t worth what I paid for »

I was attending Insomnia at the NEC as a creator for the event and needed a hotel for a two nights to rest after a busy day. The biggest issue was the bed which had a really hard mattress and provided little comfort so I had issues falling asleep after a very tiering day.
