« Well located hotel, expectations could be better managed. »

Difficult to get information on fairly infrequent airport transfers. We had a package delivered and it was kept for us and obviously a note on our file was there, so we were grateful for that. Check in was efficient but for some reason, it wasn’t clear to the person checking us in that we had breakfast included. This was quickly rectified when I showed them that I’d paid for a bed and breakfast package. Our room had a bathroom that was suitable for wheelchairs. Given we didn’t need that, it was far less enjoyable than our stay in a king room the week before. It’s not an ideal bathroom for those not needing wheelchair access. The restaurant was booked out until 8.3 pm which was a real shame because we’d had a lovely meal the week before. But the restaurant next door was pretty good too. The breakfast was really good and check out was efficient.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The food in the restaurant was superb. An easy walk from the domestic terminal and an easy ride from the international to the domestic made its location fantastic. After a long flight from Canada, it was a great place to sleep and prepare for the next day.

Staff were polite, and the bed was comfortable, and the food was good. The gym was too small though especially as there is nowhere to go running outside. Also I was not advised that breakfast was significantly cheaper if prebooked..

« Really happy with all of the elements of the hotel »

The hotel was clean, check-in was easy. All staff were pleasant and helpful always. I especially loved the Apron Restaurant. Lucas and his team offer exceptional customer service, they were all friendly and always accommodating. Additional day charged at check-out but this was rectified within a few days. Had to make two phone calls to get it sorted, but the second time it was completely resolved.

The hotel is in a perfect location for easy access to the domestic terminal. It is new and has a vibrant feel.There is a shuttle service but even with medium luggage it was a simple walk. The staff are young, professional and enthusiastic. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on two mornings and chose to have lunch there one day. An extensive menu, delicious and beautifully presented. We chose a two night stay and found the airtrain to the city easy to use. Look forward to returning.
