Loved my stay and would stay again at this hotel. Service was good and the room was very clean and large. The parking was a bit confusing and needs a seperate key for guests that come and go as much as we like.

I booked the Ibis airport but was upgraded free of charge to the Pullman. What a nice surprise..room was immaculate. Would like to see u get rid of the plastic shampoo containers and install dispensers...there must be millions of plastic shampoo containers going to landfill every day around the world. I book the hotel by phone because online it was not available on any site, including Accor curiously.

Overall good, but our room wasn't set up for 3 people as booked but was sorted out with a foldup bed. Something to think about would be offering breakfast with the price, this would be helpful for travellers with children before catching connections for flights.

I enjoyed staying at the Pullman, where I've stayed before. However I was a bit disappointed in the room, as I expected it to be quite a bit better than the standard rooms I've stayed in before. Also, the executive lounge was disappointing - the furniture in there is not very comfortable for "lounging" and long conversation. Canapes were also disappointing. However, service by staff was excellent, as was food in the restaurant.

Reception professional and pleasant, the most important aspect at any hotel is first impression which is your reception personnel yours were very good. Surroundings were modern and fresh not tired like so many airport hotels, again another aspect that encourages return business. Rooms whilst small were adequate for a airport hotel, again satisfactory however the TV was a challenge! as back kept falling off the controller and batteries fell out. Bathroom very tight in terms of room but again adequate. Restaurant staff again very good, table service quick and efficient, food of a good standard good selection of wines and pricing OK.
