Too crowded of people. They accepted the tour so every time have to wait at the lift for so long. Breakfast wasn't good at all. Not worth the money we have paid for. Prefer eat outside. The room was good, although not big but comfortable.

Warm and welcoming staff, great service. One small note is that there wasn’t any replenishment of some of the items in the room, like the bathrobe (only one set) and the writing materials. The facilities were clean, but could be slightly better if the bathroom was bigger)

I and my mother stay on Mercure Singapore on Steven during her doctor visit schedule at Gleneagles Hospital. This Hotel have a great location, its very near to the Hospital also to the Orchard Road..They provide free shuttle service to Orchard and vice versa, its very helpful.. Its great to stay here, also we are very appreciate for the complimentary upgrade room from the front desk, it makes my mother more convenience during our stay.. Thanks a lot..Its very recommended..
