We were blown away by the hospitality and had a marvelous time staying at Royal Hoi An. Room was beautiful, buffet breakfast plentiful. Hotel arranged private taxi to take us to marble mountains & ba na hills. Overall it is the flawless service that i will always remember.

Great location, beautiful art deco rooms, sweet staff, all very nice. I would recommend to forbid the rooftop pool to kids as it becomes very noisy and unpleasant for the other guests. They should stay in the big swimming pool on the ground floor.

« Luxurious retreat »

Hotel exceeded our expectations. Luxurious, staff is courteous. Things look new and maintained well. Breakfast is world class, lots of choices. Waffles with honey comb the best we had ever tried. Our room was upgraded and it was stunning. Bed is so comfortable. Only downside is our room was facing the street and sound proof is not so good. But that is a small issue. We will recommend to our friends and will definitely return again!!

1 staff were wonderful: excellent service and very friendly 2 my superior room was very noisy. 3 moved to another room which was somewhat old and dark alas noise from the corridors 4 large swimming pool-access is very difficult. i have bad eye sight.. easy to scratch/injure yoursefl 5 small from the river was terrible at times 6 some of the seats in the restaurant were dirty
