I have stayed a few times now with yourselves and have enjoyed my stay overall with good food and friendly staff with only one exception the bathrooms always seem to have a not so pleasant smell to them.

Reception greeting really friendly and helpful, but at breakfast we found this to be not very warm which was disappointing. Waited quite a while before receiving hot drinks. Other than that really nice.

« It was ok, it’s a nice hotel, but has a millennium bridge wobble which makes everything rattle »

One criticism: too many emails afterwards pestering me to submit a review. I thought I’d had checked the box “please don’t bother me”. The hotel was ok, good food and good service. The building itself has a wobble. You can feel the floors move. Every footstep makes the furniture rattle. Makes it hard to get some peace at night when the movements of your fellow guests are amplified through your wardrobe. I wouldn’t want to stay here during a storm.

Easy to find, good access from motorway. Room was fine , but soundproofing was poor , and we were woken several times through the night with people coming and going .

The hotel is great, was in a good location for us however unfortunately there was a funny smell in the bathroom that we could not get rid of even after lots of air freshener It wouldn’t put me off going back but I hope that the smell has been fixed

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was lovely. Most of the staff were very nice. We did have one girl at breakfast who didnt seem to happy to be there. We did have a slight issue about the cleaning of our room not being up to scratch on one day. But apart from that we loved it and would visit again
