« It was a nice experience, just a few points below. »

1. Heating was turned off in common areas like stairs and gym. Not nice in cold winter times. 2. Dinner food could be better if fresh. 3. Breakfast juice and coffee ware watery.

Used to stay regular for work, now it's a Christmas treat for shopping. As always personnel very professional, room spotless although this time a little cool and couldn't seem to hear it up. Food standard excellent, overall hope to be back again soon.

My stay was OK accommodation was good however the drinks at the bar were poor, also the kitchen ran out of food so there was a limited choice.

« Very satisfactory with everything we required for our stay »

The room was of a good size and it's furniture suitable for our needs. Bed & shower excellent. We enjoyed the wide range of choice offered at breakfast & were impressed with our two evening meals. Both were very enjoyable & taste,the second being at the murder mystery event. The staff throughout were pleasant,friendly & helpful despite the dreadful weather & a few on the Friday night being a little loud!!

« Lovely stay brekfast let’s it’s down »

Can’t fault the room, staff or facilities. Only downfall in our eyes is the brekfast is too expensive for what’s on offer and the hot food is only slightly warm due to being a buffet, quality of food is perfect just would prefer maybe cook to order.

Not great to be honest. As soon as entering our room the smell of drains hit us. It was quite late when we arrived after a long drive. We were hungry so went to get something to eat in the restaurant. That was fine. Going back to our room the smell hit again. It was coming from the shower drain. Having to get up early and a long day ahead the next day we decided just to go to bed. Bed lovely and comfortable. The smell hit us once again. Complained at reception, she said we could have changed rooms had we said something the previous night but been tired out we couldn’t be doing with changing rooms then she said that we had paid in full so everything ok! Also the pubic hair on the shower tray doorway trim wasn’t nice to see.

« Overall a decent stay. »

Generally fine. Friendly check in, restaurant service okay but a bit slow. Room clean and comfy. Nice to have a fridge in the room but it was ultimately pointless as it turned out that when you took key card out it turned off. Lack of plug sockets for a modern hotel was a surprise too.
