Excellent room, services, location and even a surprise cake. Thank you! However, the price is a quiet high especially for membership rate. I think your management should do review on this part, by providing regular / occasional privileges discount for AccorPlus membership, then recommendation to friends, families for vacation purposes will be considerable.

Over all I'm quite happy with the services, but one thing I was dissapointed is, when I already checked out around 9.30 and already return the keys, three hours later, front affice called and texted me, they asked me "have check out?". !!!! The question is, how come front office didn't check my status on the system?

Experience was good with the hotel, great staff who are friendly and helpful upon needing assistance, and the rooms were clean with great firmness of pillow and mattresses. However one small feedback I would like to express would be that the lights have to be completely turned off, otherwise there’s a bright spotlight by the toilet door if we try to turn the lights off. Might affect people with families or people with night blindness, maybe have a switch that just allows the toilet to be fairly lit and not the outside which is too bright. However, still an awesome stay, where my family have all enjoyed ourselves

There should be better maintenance on the hotel room. The wardrobe door was faulty in the room I am staying. Cleanliness can be improved, too. Safety box wasn't working.

The executive suite room was very nice, the kids love everything about the room. Breakfast had wide range of choice, the crepes was nice, though the queue was super long. overall stay was perfect, the limited parking space was creating a little bit tension, but it was finally solved by hotel staff.
