I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times and this time I was given the worst room I had from experience. During my 12 day stay somebody knocked on my door at 8am 3x!!! Once she asked if I needed refill in the minibar, the other was a mistake she thought my room was empty and the last we didn’t bother to answer the door! The PT in the gym was very rude. She turned off the ambient music without asking or checking the other guests!! This happened almost daily!!! Awful. I was by the pool chilling and she would do that! The tv was randomly playing some sort of religious channel, in the gym! Bizarre. The lights and the air conditioning would turn off in the middle of your workout! This was very annoying. It happened at least 4 days consecutively!!! We had to ask for the sauna to be on all the time and sometimes we had to ask again because they didn’t follow up with our previous request. Once the phone line in the gym/pool was off and nobody bothered to check. Awful really.
