Nice hotel, very friendly staff and our son got a very nice suprise for his birthday. However they should be honest about their executive lounge which is closed. If we knew this in advance we should have booked a smaller room and save 30% on the room rate.

I used the 4 of my room upgrade voucher to get the so called superior with balcony.. What I got was : - smelly room, like there was someone smoked inside that room, and smelled like it hasnt been used and opened for quite sometime - water pressure was very low.. coudnt take a proper shower in this hotel. - when i checked in, there was only 1 staff standby at the reception desk, so had to wait quite long

Very nice staff, very very friendly, Helpful and extremely reactive. I must tell that air con system was quite loud In our room, the reception gave us on next day an up grade in a new room where it was much better but still not silent. It was anyway in all a pleasant journey.

The hotel location is strategic and the staffs are friendly.however there are a few shortcomings.First, the lighting inside the room is not bright enough especially for reading.Secondly, there needs to be an improvement towards the quality of the food especially during breakfast.Third, i have experoence staying in the 9th floor and at that time there was a party near the swimming pool.the party lasted until midnight.i felt really disturbed because of the noisy party.the management should inform the guest if such party will be held and giving them option to change rooms. Fourthly, some rooms are so uncomrtable because the view is only a wall.that makes the room even gloomy and dark
