« I satisfy with my stay in grand mercure yogya »

The service in check-in was very good, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, although at night i heard knocking sound that apparently there some services going on, the breakfast was delicious although when i ordered scrambled egg and waited almost 20 minutes but the egg was never showed up so i cancelled the order, the check-out service was very good

Its a new hotel. With probably some new staff that they dont really know about the accor plus card and what i usually get with other accor hotels in asia-pacific. I didnt receive any welcome drinks with isnt a big thing but also.. its just about principles. The property though new had many flaws. The doors to the room i was staying in were badly done.

« Upgraded to the noisiest room. »

I am a le accor silver member, i was upgraded to a premium room. However the room was facing road side, and the balcony door isn't sound proof so we couldn't sleep for most of the night cuz its just way too noisy. I must say the staff are great, very courteous, and service are wonderful, breakfast has alot of varieties, all these make up the positive points. But the room itself is the main thing of a hotel, which in my opnion is so so for a 4-5star hotel but being not soundproof feels like i am living in a 1-2 star hotel!

A nice comfort hotel with fairly large room. Other than the location being far from malioboro, i don’ t have any issues that bothered me during my one night stay. The breakfast was excellent with a decent varieties of food, there are plenty of Jogja’s iconic meals that you can try as well as the usual western breakfast.

« it was a nice hotel, very good decorative, and also good service »

I stayed there for only 1 night..At first, I'm quite impressed with the decorative..I think very unique and beautiful..room is wonderful.. I swam in the morning and when I took shower, I realize the water quality is very bad, almost color like mud..same water quality I found when I got back to my room and it just ruin my good impression about your hotel...actually, this is the first experience for me so far..the explanation about full occupancy of hotel didn't really satisfied for me as your rate is quite higher compare to other hotel..and if you can maintain the quality of your service in any circumstances, then I think you don't deserve to be highly rated by customers.. I write this not to bring down your reputation but only as input for improvement in the future because such a shame that you were quite impressive in other aspects but miss out in one particular important thing..
