« Loved the space and design; location good to great; traffic noise was a big problem. »

As above. The design and spaciousness of the room was wonderful, and the mini-balcony was enjoyable. I have only two complaints, only one of which you can fix: 1) The street/traffic noise woke me up repeatedly throughout the night. My stay was thus less restful than it might have been. 2) Some of your front desk staff are friendly and interested in helping guests. Some others are rather cold and business-like with only short answers and no smiles, and with no interest in whether my question was answered. Hospitality is an important factor in my decision to return. Thanks!

Enjoyed the location of the hotel and rooms good but breakfast very disappointing. The hot buffet food was cold. Explained this to the staff member and the solution was to turn up the heat controls on the buffet plates. Not sure this was the best thing to do therefore decided not to eat any of the food even when reheated.

Excellent location, room was very clean though small, fantastic water pressure, so, loved having a shower. Breakfast was also good, lovely coffee, and plenty of choice. If I could change something, it would be the doors, I was woken both mornings by doors slamming, quite annoying, but nothing to do with Accor. Always a pleasure staying in Accor properties they make you feel very welcome.
