« Excellent Hotel, located next to all attractions in the OLD TOWN RIGA »

This Hotel ist just exceptinal, not only because of the location in OLD TOWN RIGA, but also because of the excellent service at the reception desk and the room service. We really have been spoiled and felt very good during our four days in Riga. We also enjoyed the wide breakfast offer and we will certainly return to this hotel next time.

Generally great value, given the excellent location and amenities. Really enjoyed the sauna and fitness areas. The hotel breakfast was the most comprehensive I've ever experienced - truly was delicious and suits all tastes. However, the comfort of the beds and pillows did not meet my expectations for a 5-star hotel, and cologne odour in elevators (which was clearly being used as an air freshener) was far too aggressive. Also, the television and in-room wifi did not work during the entirety of our 4-night stay - so much for a smart TV.

This hotel was a great value given the location and overall amenities (sauna, fitness). The breakfast was probably the most comprehensive breakfast I've ever experienced - literally something for everyone. The only downside was that the elevators and some common areas smelled VERY strongly of cologne, which must be how they "freshen up" these areas, just definitely not to my taste and a little overdone.

All perfect! Nice hotel, great position, super staff. The only small complaints: Our twin room was quite small. We were two friends and ended up sleeping at 40 cm distance from each other :-) because there was no more space between the beds. It was ok, but it could have been better. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Only complain: the waitresses have the tendency to take away the plate from your table while you are still finishing, which is a bit annoying as you need to stop them all the times :-) and they put you in a feeling of rush. Thank you!

Regardless the reservation was clearly made for a couple with very small baby, the room wasn't ready at 15:00. The kettle was provided after ~4 hour wait time. The coffeemaker was broken with no moves to repair it or provide the new one.

We had very quiet and comfort room. We were pleased about the managers greetings in room when we arrived. The staff are pro and everything is like in Pullman hotels aroud the world. The hotel are in good place, very easy to walk everywhere. The roof top area is good place to relax with book and bier.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and are happy to help with any enquiry. Self check-in before arrival is a great addition to this hotel as it makes getting to your room so much quicker and make checking out much easier. « Unexpected problems in 5 star hotel »

Firstly we got a room no 436 which was very noisy (some engines on top of room). I do not understand how you sell at all these rooms in this price? After negotiations with check-in I got upgraded room (+20 eur), in 6 floor which was Ok, but I think that you should not take a money when it is your fault (initial room was not up to standards). Secondly we planned to have a dinner at your restoran, but somehow kitchen was not able to make warm food, really disappointing. We needed to go out and spend money elsewhere. Also inconvenient was entering hotel from back door through restoran (according to your home page and e-mail sent to me) which made uncomfortable feeling - are we at right place? Finally we found check-in and hotel boy helped to bring luggages into room, which was nice. Positive words also - breakfast is very good and hotel interior is beautiful.

Location, the property itself, the bar and restaurant are very good. Nevertheless it is not reaching 5* levels in room size and service attitude. As Le Club Accor Platinum member I did not get an upgrade, although there must have been rooms available, because just a day before I was asked via email if I want to upgrade for a fee. Why should I when I am entitled to have an upgrade for free with my status. At checkin it was not even mentioned that there was "unfortunately" no upgrade available. Secondly my room got on the second day no housekeeping till 4:30 pm, so I called. On the phone I was lectured that housekeeping is done till 6 pm as standard policy of the hotel. Both details are unacceptable. - Is the management not able to take care for its premium customers? Accor should change the management!

Riga old town truly a place to see and taste. Great small patisseries and restaurants, old narrow streets and a great saty again at Pullman. Upgraded room to face the park. Silent and cosy. Equus restaurant had good food and service. See you all aoon again

The extra support with transportation from the bus station to the hotel was a great starter! Breakfast had outstanding food and atmosphere. The pool and sauna were relaxing. The bar staff was not friendly when ordering drinks in the evening to wind down from our delightful day in the city!
