Would have expected a few complementary toiletries in the washroom. Overall clean and comfortable rooms. Not quite sure why AED 20 was charged at check-in even though we had pre-paid vouchers fro the travel agent.

We are a group of 8 from Canada taken 4 rooms. Great reception service and when we request hair dryer , the hotel provided each room one hair dryer with no charge. Great buffet breakfast both selection of international or local .Room is clean and cozy, just nice and comfortable room size We all were very happy and satisfy with our stay and trip in Dubai

Good: service, staff are polite and helpful. Bad: AC is making unbearable noise, can’t believe this is a new hotel. I have to shut AC down the whole night. Strangely, no AC in common area. Poor room facilities and accessories. Average value of money, if you are not going to Dragon Mart everyday, plenty of other better options in Dubai.

At the arrival, no one at the gate to help with the luggage! My Checkout was at 12:00 noon. I was outside and arrived the hotel at 11:00 morning to find the hotel checked me out and took all my stuff outside the room! They didn't even try to call me! What an unprofessional behavior is this?

Experience is satisfied, Need some improvement required in different area, There is no Pool, Gym is very limited. If someone is staying long, you have to give some special protocols. Room service is need to improve.

The staffs that attended to me and my family were so calm,lovely and Accommodating.
