« AC not working and poor breakfast »

This hotel is one of few hotels i feel in this country whichbis exceptional not bothering to guest. Webhave booked 3 nights and all of them went sleepless due to AC not working , they change our room after reapated request and several visit from maintaiance staff but could not fix the issue. Towels were not clean in the bath room, house keeping was asked to provide an iron and takes 40 mins, reception staff has only one word..Sorry..and Sorry..with a smile.. Breakfast is designed so that you cant eat , even you pay extra. Its not peletable but the resturent staff impressed us as they know due to poor and testeless food guest were not eating so they reach individually and try to make some thing for you. Despite all these on the last day my wife requested for a brief extension to stay to feed my little one but this reception staff and smile at us and say ..Sorry... The hotel ruin my holiday ...thx for yogjak ambience and other restaurant and lovely people who helped a lot to come out of this tromma.

when i was in the process of checking in, i meet mbak sella. he is very friendly and very helpful in providing information about tourist attractions in the city of Jogja. and when having breakfast, the menu at this hotel is very much variant at the level of a 3 star hotel. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was clean and tidy. I found it very comfy even though space is smaller compared to other hotels. On the last night, I requested a wake-up call to the receptionists. Not only I received it, but also I had been provided a meal box as the replacement for my breakfast entitlement.

The hospitality of hotel staff was fantastic. The close proximity of this hotel with various tourist attraction destinations was one of the reasons I chose this hotel whenever I visit Yogyakarta. The swimming pool was also great for exercise during my leisure time. The breakfast served was nice and offer several menus.
