It is hard work. I stayed at Mecure Hotel for 2 days on 28 October. I report very uncomfortable things. A. Noise problem: When: 29 Oct '19 Around 12.50 AM at night, before and after 2 AM, before and after 3 AM, especially 4:30 AM 2.Where: Mecure hotel Hethrew .3. What: While guests stay & visit to their relatives in different rooms. 4.How: The knock on the door is so loud that I qas felt knew it's knocking in my room. Especially at 4:30 am I heard knocked on the door too much strong and the sound of people was very loud. My action : At 4:45 am, I went to the reception , met and explained to an old Indian staff. He suggested to me change room but I have to go to Airport 2 early today, what's the point of changing it now? He told me tell later his manager. B. When I walked in my room, the floor squeaked very badly. C. From 7:15 in the morning, I was standing and waiting in front of the hotel to catch the H8 Airport bus 7:46 departure schedule . But unfortunately bus was gone so I asked to the manager and call taxi and pay available but he told me that the hotel was not willing to pay. Im not happy several issues this trip at Mecure hotel happenings. I asked this manager's name in order to complains to Hotel branches manager but he gave me hotel business card, wrote j.grant @ .....and it ended. When I had stayed this Mecure hotel was not acceptable. Regards, Soo

Stayed here for one night, check in was quick Parking an issue as had to wait for someone to leave in order to get a place Room was stuffy, hot and air conditioning was blowing in hot air inspite of altering the thermostat. Called reception was abruptly told off that "this is winter and these are the settings for the weather" No fans in room - told to open the windows for air went down for dinner--> disinterested staff at the bar - busy in talking to a colleague and totally ignored me --> ordered a drink and some food, told to pay at the counter before service in quite a discourteous manner - finally the food arrives which has a very dry piece of chicken in the burger --> have lost all hope at this point with this nightmare and just went off to sleep in the stuffy room I dont know how this hotel has been classified as it is and can be skipped if you need to stay near heathrow. Many other options available at a lesser price and comfort around heathrow

Stayed at the hotel for two nights, traveling from hotel to central London and then flying from heathrow airport. Hotel room was clean, staff were were helpful with all requests. Very easy to travel to Paddington station from nearby Haynes railway station, returning on the 1am train. There is a hopper bus service that goes regularly from the hotel to heathrow terminal 2 and 3. Breakfast was fine with a verity of hot and cold meals available. Overall the stay was good value. My only negative comments would be on the meal I ordered from room service. Fish and chips were ordered and it was the worst fish and chips that I have ever experienced, dry, tasteless and undecooked.

On a whole we enjoyed the stay, felt a little let down when the room description said rain shower head I assumed it was a shower, when it was a bath with a shower head. If I had known this I would have booked another hotel as I prefer a walk in shower.

Stayed before and hotel is value for money. However on this occasion I asked on check in if rate includes breakfast. The person on the desk checked and said no but I could buy breakfast. On check out I received an invoice. On seeing this later I noticed it said bed and breakfast rate. I called hotel and sure enough I could have had breakfast. I feel cheated in the rate I paid.

The room was too warm & stuffy; altering the thermostat made no difference. Noise from the room above kept waking me. The meal was a disaster. Both reasonable draft beers were "OFF"; none of the 4 choices of pizzas was available. The fish & chips were another disaster; french fries instead of chunky chips, half cold overcooked semi-cold peas instead of minty peas; the cod was totally insipid. Complain to the waiter - he did not understand english. Reception: "Oh sorry, can I have your card ..... The worst hotel meal I can remember & about the worst hotel stay.

The experience with the Mercure Heathrow was and has been always EXCELLANT. I have stayed at the Mercure Heathrow now 8 times over the last 9 years. The bedding was changed regularly, room kept spotless. Nicholas is my buddy.

We were greeted by a receptionist who was very rude. At one point he asked me to fill in a form and I was talking to my friend who was next to me. The reception staff said ‘look here, you need to fill this’. The room was clean however, one of the milk sachets kept by the kettle had gone off.. smelt really bad and clotted and yellow in colour. Over night there was alot of noise coming from upstairs and had no peaceful sleep at all.. do not stay at Mercure Heathrow if you want to enjoy your stay..

« This is a simple airport hotel »

Check in slow due to a computer problem. The reception, bar, restaurant area on arrival seemed dark and unwelcoming. I went to my room and stayed there until the morning. I asked at reception if I could buy a ticket for the horelhoppa bus, but was advised that they had no tickets, so had to pay £1 extra on the bus.
