Simple, very clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. We had top floor room with fabulous view of the city and beyond. Centrally situated in easy reach of everything. Fantastic restaurants nearby. Perfect for a city break.

Great service from the moment we arrived, presented with a weegie goody bag of cans of irn bru and tunnocks tea cakes on arrival. The location is ideal as you’re a short walk from George sq and Queen st station/ Subway. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious, decorated with a Glasgow mural. We made the most of the 24 hour bar and free pool table after a great night in town. The breakfast was self service and the only negative would’ve been the over cooked bacon, and potato scones. Plus, the coffee wasn’t the best for a city centre hotel. We did have a late breakfast so maybe got the last of what was left. Regardless, it didn’t spoil the stay and would probably book again. Definitely recommended for an overnight stay on a budget. Special mention to the helpful receptionist who helped me check in with the app.
