Really close to the arena only a few minutes walk so perfect location. Requested an accessible room the bathroom was perfect once we requested a shower chair. However there was not enough room to get a wheelchair down the side of either bed and the beds were really hard so neither of us had a decent sleep

Prior to our arrival Friday we phoned to inform the hotel due to a family emergency we were unable to travel that night and was told if we cancel our first night if would cancel the entire booking after saying disregard the phone call I was told she would talk to the manager only then did they agree we could stay Saturday night. Late Saturday night we enquired of the time of breakfast and was told till eleven o clock !. when we entered the restaurant at 10-40 and was sternly told we are shut the times have changed the hotel have not altered their signs we return to the reception and they said it should be open, the receptionist went into restaurant and was told they were closed. I would have thought if you were employing a contractor to run your restaurant you would still been in charge?. Due to our experience we will not even think of using your services in the future and that of the contractors you employ sadly we didn’t find there names to help us to avoid them !.
