I liked the hotel in general. Service is nice and the rooms have plenty of space and amenities. The breakfast is good, but I do have to mention that my personal favourite hotel in terms of food is Hôtel ibis Saint-Denis Stade Sud. Other than that the hotel is next to a tram stop, a bus stop and a metro stop so it was easily accessible.

Staff are helpful but wifi should be significantly improved, likewise the bar could be better and guests should not have to ask for member benefits such as water and welcome drink. The breakfast offering on the weekend is very poor compared to during the week. The tea and coffee in the room was only well stocked when we asked for an extra larger cup.

I booked the room under free cancellation policy rate for seven nights. On arrival (at the time of check-in), I have paid the room charges in full single payment. After four days i realised that the receptionist blocked equivalent amount of seven days stay (Euro 1530) as authorisation hold which mean around 3000 Euros were assigned for hotel charges and she said it is the hotel policy. It is a free cancellation policy if i notify 24 hours earlier, or to be charged for one night if i dont turn up. No where it is mentioned that equivalent amount of stay will be blocked for authorisation. I was not even informed at the time of check-in. After some argument, she released it but i was not able to use my card when i stayed in Paris. It created a big trouble as i was out of funds, used cash, another personal card etc. How can the hotel have a policy to hold this big amount as hold without informing the customer? I have never heard of this in any of other Accor hotels. Though i have not booked through Accor, i have stayed many times in Accor chain of hotels booked through booking.com. Very disappointing.

« Lovely modern hotel with charming staff »

We visited from England for the BTS concert and had a wonderful stay, I loved how the hotel was themed to the concert with music, videos and food. The free candy floss and marshmallows was a lovely touch. The only downside to our visit was that I had my iPhone stolen from my pocket right outside the hotel door (luckily I realised and was able to wrestle it back!) - perhaps the hotel security could stand outside the doors at busy times?

Lot of problems with the parking and way to expensive. Breakfast was a mess. Buffet was almost empty for 2 days and it took a lot of time to replete the buffet.

We faced many problems during our stay. Receptionists were nice and friendly. Room was ok except that AC produced a bad odor and when reported they make it seem like a technician will look it up but nobody did it throughout our 3 nights stay. We had to ask for more toiletries and they gave it to us by hand in the lobby! Kettle wasn't so clean inside. Refrigerator was so small. The main problem was the area in front of the hotel; while the metro station was just in front, but the africans standing outside (I believe they were selling drugs or whatever) made us afraid especially that when we come back late at night the hotel closes the doors and asks to press a button to open for us. Two times while we are inside with the label do not disturb a hotel staff opens the door! Just opens the door! She pretended she was making sure the house keeping was fine! One great thing was the roof setting which we used for 2 nights and was great sitting there talking and having some fresh air. Wouldn't go there again for the location and the inattentiveness of basic maintenance problems.

The room was good, clean but not always well re organized. I had sometimes to do some stuff myself. Missing some elements like indoor slippers, after shower products (Q-tips, ...) The food was not bad either, but missing some "Halal" products for muslim people. The best part were the people at the reception, always smiling and ready to help.

« Rooms and hotel areas are smaller and without as much light than shown in internet. »

The food was less than medium: chicken was under cooked (non acceptable and dangerous for health), I did not eat it - nobody asked me why and I was charged. Bruscheta was so hard, that I could not cut to eat it. The Chablis was very good.

Great room. Location was good because near Stade de France. Dealers outside the hotel directly at the front door were not that great.

The hotel was nice, the room was very good, the only negative point is that the staff in the bar and during breakfast were not very well organised. Maybe the management should teach them a bit more on how to handle a sudden surge of crowd and in the morning for breakfast make sure that the food follows and that the coffee machines are working. Also at the entrance of the hotel (outside) the management should take steps in order to avoid to have people wanting to deal

Reception very pleasant and quick. Bar service (later after the France v Wales rugby) was very poor - not enough staff available to serve. Rooms comfortable. Note: Window opening (room 620) opens fully - I would not be happy having children in this room with such an opening window.

our travel plans to watch Wales V France were extremely disrupted, however the Novotel team bent over backwards to help us settle into our accommodation once we arrived. Our room was fantastic (425) and the view was great.
