I have been staying a few times in Pullman Miri, however I always received a late confirmation after I send an email for reservation. I was expecting a swift response on my booking after I send my reservation request just like other hotels. Or at least within 24hrs. I already give up to stay here after my second last visit in Pullman after few times of disappointment. But because of the location and the standard of the room I decided to stay again. And I even had the worst view this time. I was on the 10/11th floor previously. Maybe because all the good view are fully occupied. About the view it's fine. The front desk team is good, they handle my request rightfully and fair. There is a good improvement breakfast buffet compare to my last visit. And thanks also to the front desk for making sure that I get a packed breakfast during my early check out. I'm not sure that I will be back staying here again, but if I do, I hope the service gets better.

Overall i enjoyed the room as my view was facing the waterfront. However, the interior of the hotel is quite dull and the corridor path to the room is very dark and eerie feelings. As for breakfast and lunch, i noticed not much variety of food being served.

Wonderful hotel, truly hospitable staff. The only downfall was housekeeping this time around. Room was not cleaned at all on Day 2, even after request was placed via call to housekeeping in the evening. When room was cleaned on Day 3, it was a haphazard job. Bed was not even properly made. Comforter was simply covered over bed and pillow placed on bedhead. Trash was emptied and stuff were organized but only 2 out of 4 daily bottles of water were replenished, floor wasn't vacuumed or cleaned and everything was done in under 45 minutes. Extra towels that were requested before were taken away as well. Hotel was apparently really busy on Saturday night and housekeeping's washing machine broke down so no extra towels on the first night. Breakfast on Sunday morning was havoc. No clean tables and more than half of the food were not replenished. Should have had more kitchen and restaurant staff in preparation for the big crowd. Fortunately, all the hotel staff were very hospitable and polite.

Overall the experience was good with the staffs are quite attentive and responsive during any queries /request made. Kudos to Pullman team :) But the internet experience was bad with connection to my devices in my room was very slow. Maybe its due to my room being quite far from the router? idk

I appreciate the kind gesture of a room upgrade for my stay this time. However, the place didnt look as clean as before, maybe this is because of the stained carpets. Maybe that can be improved. Felt quite dusty, so that can be improved too.. Other than that, everything is spot on and expected of my stay there. Perhaps more channels on the TV?
