Good, some more tea/coffee would have been nice. The man on reception when we arrived was one of the least welcoming people I've ever met, he doesn't seem suited to a career in welcoming guests.

It is annoying to arrive to A hotel with a 4 year old child to be told your room isn't ready before 12! Especially when your flight was at 5:00 in the morning, but apparently that's the new rules. What is more delirious is the fact that the next day, coming from a hospital stay, your room at 16:00 IS NOT MADE!!! Is that the new policy too! You expect the paying client to deny his right of a made up room!! I know that the answer is that you don't hire enough staff, so they end up with 70 rooms to one housemaid!!! Let's not even rate the desk clerk on our 3 days stay! Smile was not in his agenda. Why I chose your hotel is the easy access to tram and metro.

In general ist good the hotel is very clean but the room was very small. The breakfast is very limited choice a lot of sweets no vegetables and no choices for children. The shower gel is very bad is like dishes wash. No slipper in the room. A tube and tram station right outside of the hotel, or a short (10 minutes walk) to the nearest transit station (Cité Universitaire). On the way, you will find plenty of local bars and a Lidl. The place can be quite economical to book without breakfast and the staff there were friendly. The room itself and the bathroom is spacious enough in Paris standard, and the housekeeping is always diligent and efficient.

Check in was fast. The receptionist guy was very friendly and welcoming. Room is of decent size with comfortable pillows and bed. However, the housekeeping didnt restock the tea and coffee. The metro station porte d orleans is just 3 minutes from the hotel and the tram station is literally in front of the hotel. Halal food available around the corner and there is a big carrefour (grocery store) about 10 min walk from the hotel. The metro station has elevator so it was convenient for people with luggage. The hotel is located in zone 1 but is quite far from the main attractions. There is a bus station near the metro where you can take a bus that can take you straight to eiffel tower in about 1 hour.

Location good, property renovated and clean. Staff was okay but travellers expect warm welcome that was missing. Breakfast needs at least egg omlet, pancack, hashbrown to call it breakfast. Little overpriced.

We experienced many travel delays, flight & ferry cancellations, which resulted in a 1 day late arrival. When asked, no refund of our pre-booked room was provided. And the breakfast offered was such a disappointment for the price of it. I will not be staying at your hotel chain in the future.

The experience was ok. The hotel is located in the south side of the city center. It takes 30 min to get to the city center via public transportation. It took us almost 2 hours to travel to the hotel from the CDG airport (I was told that it was traffic hour that caused the long travel). The benefit of staying at this hotel is the convenience of getting tram/metro/bus. The transportation station is right in front of the hotel (within 1 min walk). I stayed there for 3 nights and have interacted with several front desk receptionists. Some were extremely nice/helpful and some were not (I especially thankful to the two guys that were on duty in the morning of 7 Jun 2019 - I almost got tricked at the nearby metro station when I was trying to buy metro tic. I went back to the hotel to verify with the hotel receptionist and these two employees were super helpful in giving me the accurate information/tips). Two different receptionists have told us that the maximum taxi rate to CDG airport from the hotel was euro 60 (which is sort of similar to Uber/Kapten rate - I did verify on my app) so I went ahead and requested the hotel to call the taxi for us. Upon our arrival at the airport, the taxi driver charged us euro 75 for the ride. He explained that the taxi rate was euro 65, and the additional 10 was the cost for waiting time (10 min late). This was not entirely true. We showed up at the hotel lobby 1 min later than scheduled time while the taxi driver was talking to the receptionist. First of all, more than one hotel receptionist told us that the maximum taxi rate to the airport was euro 60. Second of all, no one told us that there will be additional charge for waiting time. In addition, we were waiting at the lobby while the driver was talking to the receptionist - the delay of the remaining 9 mins was not due to our lateness. We were not happy with this arrangement. I will never trust this hotel for taxi arrangement. For accommodation, the hotel room for 3 persons is small and crowded (1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed). The bathtub is tall and not convenient for elderly/little kids imo. Due to the close location to the tram/bus station, you can hear the noise of transportation throughout the night - one of those options that you pick the choice of convenience vs. comfort). The housekeepers never replaced cups and coffees/teas during our stay until the next day (upon request). When we called the front desk for the service in the evening, the response given was no one is around to provide the service therefore we ain’t getting any cups/teas/coffees.

Breakfast service was slow, plates and knives were missing, except on Sunday, when one male member of staff was there and constantly checking if something was missing. At the check-in we were told to pay for the breakfast, even though it was paid in advance.
