The staff is friendly, it's clean, the location is good, and the breakfast is satisfactory. I stayed at the Sailing Club for 4 nights and moved there, and I am satisfied. There were no bugs, the facilities were clean, and the swimming pool was nice. The kids program leaves something to be desired, but overall I am satisfied. Next time I visit, I hope things are a little more organized, even if I pay for the kids program.

A lovely resort, spacious with great amenities. Friendly staff, lots of fun activities, gym, bike hire, tennis courts, 2 pool areas, easy access to the beach. Just had a cocktail making lesson with Son. Very relaxing atmosphere for a family vacation.

Excellent lodging for an amazing trip. Both the location and the service are excellent in my opinion. Easy to visit, with a friendly and eager staff. The receptionist, Ms. Bao, is very helpful and encouraging when someone in my family is ill. In addition, the breakfast is tasty and fits my family's palate. Will never stay anywhere other than the Novotel Phu Quoc
