Hotel's location was good, staff was attentive and efficient but house keeping needs improvement. Cups that are used are left there, refill of tea is irregular and don't refill the conditioner when they don't see any left.

The hotel is extremely well located as it is only a 3-5 minute walk to Myeongdong station, the airport limousine stop and also the Myeongdong shopping and food precinct. If you're a first timer to Seoul, then this is a great option to base your stay. As i was playing tour guide to some of my first-time friends, it was incredibly easy to reach the palaces (25-minute walk through the Cheongye Stream), N-Seoul Tower (walking path or cable car), and easy subway access to Dongdaemun. Breakfast is ok (neither good nor bad) but after 3 days, it can get a bit dull. There's a convenience store just downstairs and to the left if you don't want to pay for breakfast. One thing I was very pleased with was the free laundry room in the basement. There is only one washer and one dryer, so it can get quite busy after dinner when everyone has returned to the hotel. They are commercial sized machines, so you can fit a huge amount of clothing in them, so that made it quite easy to combine me and my 2 friends clothes together. Washing powder is provided. The rooms. I stayed in two different rooms on two separate occasions during the same trip. The first time I chose the cheapest and simplest room which turned out to be much better than the more expensive room on the top floor. I couldn't complain with my first room (1503) as the room was big, clean and comfortable enough (for 2), and I had great water pressure in the shower. My second stay in 2002 (the expensive room), did not live up to expectations (and price). While the room was bigger and more comfortable, the shower was quite a let down. Very poor water pressure and it was a combined bathtub and shower with a glass panel covering half the shower meaning the bathroom floor was easily wet (despite the poor water pressure). Conclusion: It's a great hotel for first-timers to Seoul. If you get a room that's not up to standard, definitely mention it and try to get it rectified. I probably wouldn't stay here again (as i've stayed here twice) as I'd like to base myself in a different part of the city next time.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights in late September. In the third morning, we left some cash at the Le Style Bar on 21F without noticing it; luckily, the attendant (with shoulder-length hair) there was smart and alert enough to remember that we sat there that morning and the next day, she asked us if we had left any cash behind. We are very impressed by that attendant, and what she did made our stay a memory of heartfelt gratitude.

Was very pleased the room given (1503); it was clean, good water pressure, appropriate amenities for the class of hotel. Very happy with the free DIY laundry in the basement, but either go very early or late, or when everyone’s out during the middle of the day as it can get busy with only one machine and dryer. The hotel itself is well located as it is only 4 minutes from the Myeongdong station and the Airport Limousine stop. Myeongdong can get pretty crowded with foreigners, but the well-lit night street markets are very cool. If you want a close but quieter food experience, head directly north and there are a few blocks of restaurants across the Cheonggyecheon, devoid of tourists.

Very comfortable room with a great bed, sheets and pillows. The complimentary bottled water each day was appreciated, and there was a good size fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was good, but a little unusual having glass walls looking into the room (the toilet was in a seperate room though with a solid door). Reasonable selection of international tv stations (news channels and the Discovery channel). The breakfast buffet was very good, and had a changing selection of Korean and western hot dishes each day. The only issue I had was with the free wifi on the 14th floor, which almost constantly dropped connection with my iPhone and iPad, and was very slow when it did connect.

Most things went well. There was a staff there named Will who was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was a little lacking because they forgot something each day unfortunately. One say they didn't top up the soap. Another day they didn't top up the water. Another day they didn't top up the toilet paper.

The hotel location is good, although the room is small but not bad, especially the sauna at roof top, it is nice. However, it does not enough hooks at the bath room, it was so annoying when I brought the clothes for bathing……where can I place the clothes??!! The room and service are nice. Only thing is that there is a hotel with a very similar name around the area which is very confusing to foreign tourists. Even though staff at the other hotel was very friendly and told us how to get to this hotel, I think a reminder should be included in the booking confirmation email to avoid potential confusion.

There is not good breakfast. I've got a food poisoning on first day stayisng in hotel. I've felt myself badly in 10 minutes after having breakfast. It was awfully. I spent for a whole day to become good. There was big secret for why hotel's staff took bathrobes from me after one time usage off and did not bring them back. Lavatory in room had an odor of ammonia in my first day staying. An odor was disappeared within next few days. But the fact of odor is not good for me. But view from the room was good. Hotel is situated in good place. Staff is rather kind.

First of all, I deeply apologize for your poor experience. I fully understand how you felt disappointed and uncomfortable. I hope you feel assured that your experience was not taken lightly and I have raised the issue with all departments. Especially, Food &Beverage department and Kitchen will inspect all ingredients and cooking tools more carefully. I would like to inform that all foods and ingredients are hygienically and regularly managed by senior staffs. Regarding of room cleanliness, Housekeeping department will do reinforce the training of room cleaning not to happen same situation again. Also, supervisors will do double-check all rooms which are cleaned by housekeeping maid for sure. During your stay, please feel free to contact us anytime if you have any inconvenience. We will be happy to assist you. Once again, I am so sorry for your poor experience. It is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in future.
