Overall everything was good. All staff been friendly and polite, especially Sydni (trainee from abf restaurant) always call me by name and come for talk with big smile. Welcome letter from GM by handwriting is really impress. Room is small but convinient, bed very comfy, soundproof really bad, can hear the neighbors very clearly, room cleanliness is good. ABF is poor and could be better.

We spent two nights here and it provided the perfect base for exploring central Seoul. With easy access to the Metro and a short walk to the markets of Myeondong. The room was comfortable and quiet.

« Nice hotel but the breakfast buffet is a joke. »

The rooms was clean , the hotel was good. The issue is with the buffet breakfast. It is a joke. I was astonished to see a Accor hotel serving such rubbish breakfast. It is the worst breakfast that I have seen in the past year that I have been staying at hotels in the group. I had paid for the breakfast but ended up not going as it was rubbish and waste of money. I would rather go out and get my breakfast then have it in house. If these is what you can offer I will never step in to this hotel ever again.

It was a pleasant stay however I thought that I actually booked for the Ibis Myeongdong instead of ibia style Myeongdong. It was my mistake as I didn't realised there is a different in the location. As I was travelling with my toddler, it would be much kuch convenient for me to stay in the earlier one. Nevertheless, my stay was pleasant and I have to say the staffs were friendly and courteous. Check in and out was a breeze, done within 5 mins. I would recommend my friends to stay in this hotel provided they are not bringing their young children with them. If not, I would recommend the more geographically located ibis instead.

The service was excellent - from reservation inquiries to check out! The room was lovely and the hot bath with a great view was an experience. Breakfast selection could be improved, but overall, we loved our stay at this hotel.

« Clean, and great room servicing »

It was nice and clean and close to trains. Food ended up being repetitive but the staff was lovely. Room was cleaned often and amenities replaced everyday. Shower was great!! The only other downside was the night staff at reception weren’t very friendly in the early morning.

We inserted facilities for guests' convenience by utilizing the space as much as possible, there are still insufficiencies in our hotel. So, I would like to recommend you to try superior double room which is bigger than standard one. It might be more comfortable. Also, I would like to inform that we installed a blind in some rooms. It will be covered shower room and basin side. Please, request it on your reservation in advance. We will prepare for it before you check-in. Everyone was really polite and helpful. We really appreciated the hotel staff’s help in booking us the DMZ tour. The room was pretty clean and breakfast had a decent variety! Location was super central, myeongdong shopping district was around the corner and Seoul tower was close by as well! A pretty nice place for its price, would come here again!

« Nice new hotel »

It was a nice new hotel with quite a nice location but you need to walk 10 minute to get to subway. But convinience store just next door. Room quite small but bed was big. Staff were good but housekeeping need to train more because they never refill the soap dispenser. Stayed for 4 night on first day the soap dispenser was 1/2 full only last me 2 days then they never refilled it also the amenities also only refill once during my 4 nights stay. Request extra pillow and they ran out of pillow. Overall nice stay there but might wanna try other place next time due to location and housekeeping
