Pullman Nanchang Sunac never fails to impress guests by showing how and why the are the best in town. My room was spacious , neat and bathroom was what everyone wishes to have after a long working day. The bathroom, bathtub and toiletries were top notch. My daughter loved the fact that there were toys , kid toothpaste , toothbrush and others.

Best location to our factory in FengCheng, very reasonable price. Service is good but can be better, especially for Accor members. Room is good but arranged a smoking room for a member (with clear statement for non-smoking room).

From the moment we arrived, Nancy at the front desk greeted us and ensured our stay was nothing less than outstanding. She helped us with our dinner reservation, ensured our room was ready and spotless, and had the staff come decorate our room to celebrate my wife's birthday. « Just Fascinating »

I was deliriously pleased and I take pride in saying that the staff was amazing. We arrived at about 7pm and check -in was quick. The room was tidy, spacious with a gigantic bathtub. Special appreciations to Johnson ( manager ) , who worked flat out to make our stay enjoyable. Pullman Nanchang is the place and we will always come back.

« Disappointing Stay »

Very nice hotel but the service level is very disappointing. Front desk team is not professional and completely failed to manage the front desk as the hotel lobby! Non hotel guests are occupying the lobby with terrible behaviour, creating a great deal of disruptance to hotel guests. My family has never been correct, every time when I checked Accor chain alhtough I am a frequent member??? Checking experience is even worse, none of the front desk staff realize that I am standing in front of the desk waiting for their call for next service. Guests will approach the desk randomly, without any probably order. I have to yell to get my place, no one apologize to me (not even recognise my disappointment)!! No eye contact in the whole check out service, I (being a customer) was asked to follow the staff instruction to complete the process (scan the QR code if you want your VAT receipt, verify your company name....). What will happen if customer has no idea how to do so, nor proper setup on the phone???? Should customer being served or to serve??? Finally I have got my VAT receipt but no hotel invoice nor credit card receipt????? Terribly experince from as 5-star hotel.

I needed a few days respite before my term started, great food,excellent staff and a soft bed! The room was a little warmer than I’d prefer and when i mentioned it to the customer care line, it was adjusted immediately. I always feel like a valued guest at the Pullman.

« Good hardware but need attention to details. »

Hotel hardware is good. Great bed and classy renovation. However quite a number of details need to be improved. Room phone cables are hanging in the middle of the air. Shower room curtain is not inside the shower room. No hook to hang towels. A piece of tile almost falling from the foot of the wall in the toilet.

The service was so good. Housekeepers were hard-working. Good good, clean lobby! Everything was just amazing. I remember that my mother needed someone to take her to the airport and there was a worker there named “Neil” who took her and helped her during her check-in. Big thanks to him. Again, the staff was very welcoming with exceptional service at the reception. Rooms were spacious and well done. Buffet was mouth washing and we did like the variety. The Mini Farm is great and quite didactic. My daughter liked it though she was afraid to step in there. Walking in thegarden and along the lake was my favorite activity and is highly recommended.
