Despite an online check-in, check-in still took a while to be done. Also, my booking was supposed to include breakfast but I was told it does not. Furthermore, my request for high-floor was also not met. Manager explained it as depending on availability but I know they had overlooked it. So getting the standard excuse was quite off-putting. An idiot would know that in such a big hotel, even if there wasn't the highest floor available, which was 26 I believe, 11th floor is far from being high-floored. I would have appreciated an honest answer of having overlooked my request.

Your staff were great. Location below average. No Bacon for breakfast. Utter disappointment. I am not allowed to eat bacon at home,due to medical reasons.My compromise is thst when I stay st a hotel,I will indulge in a few slice# of thin crispy bacon. Cheers. Arden p.

Room is clean, frond desk staff are very nice. Thank you very much for late check out. Check out process was very quick. The room should set up slipper instead of on request. One thing to improve at the pool bar is operation hour is too short should open longer like 11pm.

First time stay here for 3 night, Hotel very clean and staff very friendly, close to BTS and have market around. Also breakfast and restaurant very nice. pool bar was excellent area and great service. It was comfortable to stay here.

I'd stayed here for several time before and everything was okay. But this stay was gave me a bad experience. Upon arrival and checked in, check in staff gave me the wrong key card to access the occupied room. OMG, what's the security and safety of the hotel. I don't want to think that in case of the guess was naked or showering in their room and what would be happen if another bad guy can come in. They gave me the dining voucher 500 THB for compensation and apologized for the situation but it was very useless because I could not accepted this situation and the voucher was in the garbage.

The fact that the hotel charges a daily fee of 500 bath / €15 for deposit is outrageous. As a guest who stays for 2/3 weeks I’m supposed to pay even more for a deposit and for what? I’m I going to steal the bed or furniture?

Great stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms provided every comfort with a great shower to power away the jetlag. The location is also good with some good cafes and restaurants nearby.

your staff (both front desk and at the front gate) are all very helpful and friendly. They are also very thoughtful to keep the air conditioning on while we were away. It was steaming hot in thailand. The only issue is i found the room very humid and probably because the ventilation is pretty poor. May consider having a big fan or dehumidifier to suck the moisture out after cleaning and not to trap the moist in the room.
