Very welcoming, Mr Mertz on the reception has helpful to explain our taxi driver the location of the hotel. He helped us with local information as tourists. Getting a taxi in istanbul is a hasstle but Mr Mertz made it easy. Breakfast was awesome as expected from IBIS hotels. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Water was warm 24x7. Nothing more i can ask from IBIS

quiet and big size room with comfortable bed. Tea maker facility is very good option in the room! of course, there is a problem in shower glass door opening direction design and at least must be opened in opposite side (room No. 409)!

I’d chose this hotel to stay only one night. I knew that would be noisy coz was closed to the airport but the problem was that during the night was incredible hot inside the room and I had to open this windows, so it was impossible to sleep. Tha breakfast was so so. To make the things worst at the time I was in the reception waiting for the Uber the man at the desk said it was safer to ask for a taxi. I accepted. However the taxi driver they’ve offered me took almost twice the time to reach my destination and was clear that he was trying to fool me and took my money. I knew he was doing that because I was with the google maps and could see the route. Ashamed. You should be careful about the services you recommend

It is my 4th time being at the ibis Hotel. My rating is normal satisfied as the rooms are clear also the service is helpful anytime. Just the price of the hotel rooms and breakfast is a little high because 9 euro(breakfast price) i think doesn't worth that kind of breakfast and knowing that it is the same breakfast everyday. Also the one night price is kind of high knowing that ibis hotel near ataturk airport is far from the center could be a little bit more cheaper.
